All up except Cat A. Dont know why Cat A until now still cannot break into $100k? Lol.

Cannot go to 100k. Psychological barrier is 90k for CAT A, even previous peak for CAT A was slightly higher than 90k back in Jan 2013. Pple will not stomach 100k CAT A be it psychologically, politically, financially without large repercussions.

Buyers tend to gravitate towards cat B cars when Coe is at a very high level.

what a joke! a national of 5millon people and only allow to buy 85 buses, van and lorries.

There's 600,000 cars in Singapore, 1 for every 9 person. One can always buy a used car.

And some people actually say COE does not impact on our cost of living...so should be taken out from the inflation stats....

So public transport buses, food and material delivery vans and lorries do not contribute to raise in cost of goods and services?

CAT B is for the more expensive and atas cars mah, got those ultra rich buy cars with full cash included or those who use money notes to wipe their backside or those ministars who say SGD 600K is peanuts, or everyone has 2 cars kind of people 🤬 with buyers like these buying CAT B cars of course it will keep going up and up.😁
