I understand that HDB is a non profit organisation that did lot of charity works. Most of the time sell HDB flat at a loss. 

Same as what I always heard from my used car dealer friends.

They always sell used car at a loss to benefit the consumers given the current high COE and car price🤣

Nowadays many used car dealers are getting more and more honest and down to earth😁

But HDB is sold at price cheaper than Condo.

some say also must have special rebate for COE to encourage babies making also.... raid more reserves😋

As citizens of a country, you can't even have a right to live on that land, it is a very sad story. You may not be able to own but surely you are entitled to rent for a roof over your head right? So we should sell every inches of of land to the highest bidder?
