The mom is a school teacher at Queenstown Secondary school. His dad was a doctorate at MIT but died when he was just 2yo. The mom single handedly brought up two sons and took care of the elderly mom.

Anyone still wants to plead for lifting of the death penalty for drugs?

Three lives were ended prematurely.

True. Death penalty for drugs in Singapore and many other countries make noise about it. But when drugs causing unnecessary death, these countries don't make noise.

Singapore knows the issue with drugs and hence the death sentence law and stand by it.

Like this case, look at what drugs have caused.

Why keep him? Why not just hang him?😡

Read the article I posted above you and you will understand a bit better.

In the end, it depends on the prosecutor.

It always boil down to intention.

With drug, it is difficult to prove the intention.

Then this place is not for them...inclusiveness for yellow ribbon there may be...but hard to also include druggies when unfortunately most will pick it up again even after rehabilitation efforts...

I've told my children since young...never ever try it for that one time, be it challenged or coaxed... which will ruin their entire life and people around them.
