As the saying goes -

Illness goes in from the mouth (病从口入) and Disaster comes out from the mouth (祸从口出)

And there it goes -

东西可以乱吃,You can eat all the things you want. But . 话不可以乱说 Cannot anyhow say the thing you want😂

For SG standard, even 600k is peanuts 😁 so what is this $51000???  51K not even enough to pay for Cat A COE...........😁

Don't understand why nowadays for small issue which can be resolved easily, people like to post on social media???

So many example of self porn people came out in the news...........there are still people doing the same thing over and over again...........

must be the side effects of Covid that somehow affected many IQ and EQ

Anyway the only bad thing I post on social media is for my MIL 🤣

Assuming you replace a $200 battery every year, $51k can last you 255 years of battery supply enough for 3 generations.

Just saying.

How binding is this judgement  ?

From what I read the customer  ' won ' the first round , then lost on appeal by the workshop 😅

Customer has to go to Court of Appeal

 Round 1 - Customer

 Round 2 - Workshop

 Round 3 -  ?

Seems like the liars lawyers are the ones making a killing here.

Customer needs new evidence to appeal.  Otherwise, it will be thrown out before the proceeding starts.

I wonder why no one spotted the loose connection? Not to mention the installation is so carelessly done.

I dont think it is very wise to sue the customer. Whatever it is the two parties should communicate calmly to resolve the matter. Now I think ppl are wary of the shop. If anything goes wrong customers can get sued. Who will want to go near the shop? The reputation takes a hit. Which is worst?
