Leave the door open for seniors to buy on their children behalf😅.

Property price has been rising despite the  LTV for private bank loan being set at 75% , how would reducing HDB loan from 85% to 80% have impact to HDB price?

So no more $1m HDB flat? Or HDB resale price will come down? But people can opt for HDB loan lo, still at 2.6%. I think not much effect on HDB pricing la.
