with so many pple still drinking and driving...

i propose to amend the law to minimum 10years jail for these pple + life time ban from holding all licences...

Plus rotan. On the last day of jail time so the fellow can remember better after release.  At least can't sit in the driver seat for a couple of weeks.

No Enforcement.

Whatever law is also useless if there is no enforcement.

The point is the sentencing is much more lenient than the law allows.

This afternoon was at PIE towards TUAS, I was in lane one then I think around Eunos a SCDF ambulance signal to filter into lane one. 

Of course I let ambulance filter in as I would for any cars or motorcycle.

Traffic condition was moderate ...so around 85km/h, then around Paya Lebar exit without vehicles ahead this ambulance drove at 80km/h, 

Then I undertook it just before KPE exit with lane one totally clear until CTE.

If not urgent then keep to lane 2 lah.

Doesn't meant emergency vehicle can hog lane one at 80km/h at 90km/h stretch.
