Guess not deemed as critical stage as yet but guess also not so simple against limited resources and other more pressing issues ? Dunno but also guess not in a perfect world but think it is fine as long as under control i.e. some due actions and not at increasing rate. Unfortunately garment like coys also need production output and soon 8kk population for more cases to be seen.
