Yah that need to be changed, these dare devil keep their life in their palm and then other people have to pay for their mistake. I was driving toward Marine financial center and was exiting before MCE from AYE, saw in mirror, turned neck to check everything was clear. All of sudden this guy riding heavy bike zoom pass 90~100 on exit where recommended speed limit is 50 (he was so fast like you standing still and F1 car zoom past you).
