Punggol carparks 323A to 325 Sumang vandalised by 4 teenagers

4 teenagers were arrested by the police for defacing several multi-storey carparks, fitness corner, a motorcycle and signs in the vicinity of the carpark in Punggol with red paint. 

The 4 teenagers arrested were 13 to 14 years of age, as reported by Shin Min Daily News. Police investigations are ongoing.

Alas parents never teach. Or maybe their parents did the same before? 
Looks like parents will have to make restitution.

Confirmed rotan. Anyway, these si gina really no brain, nowadays everywhere have cameras, cam from cars parked at the carpark and cam from the staircase within the carpark etc. They still commit such acts and hoping can get away with it?

but nowsaday ppl say cannot cane, kids fault is not parents fault, if they are bad mean they are bad, parents also cannot help it 😂

No big no small.

I don't think the punishment of shame works anymore for these younger generations nowadays in this social media age. They more likely will wear it like a badge of pride. Need more serious punishment.
