I check the price, like more or less the same. OPPO official distributor at Shopee has 2000 coins cashback.

If u haven't buy yet.. can compare with OnePlus Nord CE2 5G.. Almost similar specs and performance at around $400..

These 2 "sister" models even look like each other.. and dimensity 900 is faster than snapdragon 695..

Buying a phone for what you need, is very confusing nowadays.

I had, at one time, look at OnePlus, when the price looks scary, like $1k, may be different models then, so I put it aside.

But it seems OnePlus is a subsidiary of OPPO, so I assume the OS should be similar.

Bottomline is, I had enuf of Xiaomi, that's for sure.

All pretty good choices for around 300-400+ dollar.

Personally I don't find oppo good value unless u are looking for past season models like what I did with the x3 pro when x5 pro came out.

Just that current prev generation mid tier phones only had 4g chipset.

Yah, I thought the older OnePlus 9 flagship is actually very attractively priced.. just that the software support won't last long..

One plus didn't seem to announce any 4 year support like what oppo did for the Reno and flagship series.

I heard that One Plus was "replaced" by the "Nothing" brand.

ya, brand new Oppo models kinda pricey. price starts dropping after 6 months. I bought mine almost 12 months after launch.

Nothing brand is distinct and separate from OnePlus.

The OnePlus co-founder left OnePlus and established Nothing.

These more famous Chinese phone brands each will always have a few features that the others don't have.

Sometimes watching review videos is not enough, if possible have to go to physical stores and trial out the devices in-depth to know more.

To be fair to xiaomi. My wife is still using her mi8. 4.5 years already, albeit it was a flagship level phone when it came out with a SD845.
