Typically, my power for 1 hour of cycling is 170w.

After 75% discount, it will be 42.5w.

For 10 minutes, it will be 7w.

Enough or not?

W can't be divided by time as it is measure of rate.

But considering all the losses of conversion of your leg to eventually what comes out of the USB port to your phone, 7W is a good estimate.

A typical phone battery is 4000 mah = 20 Wh.

So at 7W charging a person need to pedal for > 3 hours at a constant pace to fully charge the device.

Agree, guide dogs are among the most "gentle" type of dogs i have ever come across...

This woman..should just go encounter a werewolf lah...then she will know what is a real dog..

Too many people are simply judgmental.  When they see or hear something unexpected, they conclude straight away that something must be wrong.

In the bestseller book "7 habits of highly effective people" by Stephen Covey,  there was a chapter where he describe a man who lets his kids run loose in a train, creating noise and so on. Obviously it annoyed the other passengers who confronted the man thinking he was inconsiderate. The man simply  told them that he and his kids just returned from the hospital where their mum died an hour ago and he probably don't know what to think..

It is important that people should not be too judgmental.  It is also good for own emotion control.
