This one must blame the management of the Bishan bus interchange. The should put in marshals to condemn such unethical behaviors of these type of individuals and also ensure the safety of the passengers.

Look like we are heading towards 3rd world type of behavior and standards..........sad!

Unless mountain tortoise, one should know emergency exit row passengers must not potentially impede the evacuation of the passengers. It's not discrimination but rather consideration for the safety for the entire plane load. 

Blame the ground crew for not knowing the policies.

That's the best seat, any emergency and she is first one out the door!

I always book my MIL far far away from the emergency exits.

Must ban ah tiongs from sitting near or beside emergency exit door. Worry they may want to go out mid-flight for a ciggy break or some fresh air.
