I think all these young punk salesman all don't know the car industry is cyclical.

There is a time when everyone is rushing to buy car as if its going out of fashion

and a time when no one is buying cars and salesman is swatting flies in the shop.

Just like property and stock market.

At one time developers put aircon tents and people throw their cheques in a pot and tikam tikam 10 buyers for one unit.

Stock market also same. When Lee Man and his brothers toh or Asian flu crisis suddenly everyone was calling his broker to sell sell sell.

Poor brokers pang sai also handphone non stop going off.

During the asian financial crisis that time many brokers only had pagers.

Pager non stop going off. Every call back to customers was sell sell sell.

A little bit of slow down and all these virgin car salesman pants also fall.

Not steady one.

You don't need to sell a car to register one. Some of these transactions between dealers and fleets are almost like left pocket to right pocket.
