NOL was a state-owned company since Day 1

And I read somewhere that was the reason why the terrexes could be confiscated.

Cos previously, they were transported by NOL to Taiwan and back and thus the routing was more or less under our control. But when NOL was sunk, the same method was used to transport the terrexes but because it's a private carrier, we could not control the routing so when the ship went to china and Hong Kong, that was an opportunity for China.
