TBH

if redeveloping into Love Hotel

Guess more successful

Cos we need more small spaces to boost the population

Rather than importing so much foreign trash 🙊🙉🙈

Confirm lost money like crazy.

It is a mix-development. Previously read about it before. I think most of the tenants will move back in once the development has completed. Donki just moved in recently. You might think they are crazy cos going to tear down liao.

they already have an outlet at JEM, this outlet is dead most of the time.

@13177 it could happen in future. I’m guessing whoever the owner is. Asking for a lot money …

CapitaLand also smart .. just pay lease topup I think??… and redevelop own mall into mixed D. Make more money this way. No need to negotiate with greedy owners nearby for enbloc.

This one dead because of JEM..... JCube one came first.

JCube 2nd floor not for my age group, top floor mostly same. Rather, can live without it. With current construction and now new construction, place will be a noisy disaster for years to come.

40-storey .... wow ... don't know take how many years in view of current tight labour and material

most material comes from PRC and PRC baru open

they have at least few years of backlog? [sly]

Wondering how many apartment units can be squeezed at the new development? Singapore has caught the HK virus of Come Live in a Small Space (CoLSS-2023) and to make sure people pay the highest price per sq. ft. as possible.

In the not too distant future, some of the grandchildren will be living in caged homes like in HK.

Another waste of money. JCube less than 10 years old nia.

Opened in Apr 2012. yah but that is the only way to earn much more money. 40 storey condo easily bring them a few hundred mil instead collecting rental on those miserable shops.
