Lunch at Pasir Ris Central HC 

Dory Fish and chips from Fins n Feathers. 😋😋😋😋

Coconut Tutu Kueh is very nice. Grated coconut is fresh and moist. The flour is not thick or hard. One of my favourite stall over there. 

This is the stall :

 

Dinner at LYP Family FC. 

Trying this newly opened Cai Png Stall (about 2 weeks old iirc). Not bad. At least nothing like free abundance of salt or oil in my choices. 

 

Followed by teh di lou siew dai from Koufu FC. 

A peaceful and wet Saturday, at least a better part of the afternoon till evening. Now rain stopped.

The drumstick looks good. 😁 Like this how much?

Next time if i go there again, will try this Dory Fish and chips. Last time i tried their chicken chop which is also not bad.

It's nice. Tender inside and quite tasty. $5 per drum. This meal is $7.50 (Chicken Drumstick, Lady's Fingers, egg omelette and rice). 

I find its an acceptable price for ac food court and the drumstick is quite big too. 

🤭The young chap was worried when I said "wow, so expensive". He quickly said "I inform you the drumstick is $5 when u wanted it" .

Really ah? I am quite used to its taste actually. Halibut is not bad too but cos I have a weaker taste preference for fish, not too affected. 

Truth is, I hated fish from young. Any type and any style. Its not till I am very very much older that I take fish, and must be fried. 

Steamed ones are most seldom till I find Giant Grouper nice. 

At dinners, I will only take a few morsels. Steamboats I like variety other than fish.

$7.50 quite ok le. The $5 drumstick consider reasonable. Even some cai png stall selling those pork chop not say very big piece also needs around $3-4.

All those coffeeshop or HC are using dory fish because it is the cheapest de-bones slice fish here.

A frozen packet of a kg from Vietnam  in supermarkets cost only a few $.
