There are allow since Jan, but not many due to limited flight and very expensive . International flight slowly increased now.

The restriction is for foreigners,  before tomorrow only business or special visa with invitation letter are allow.

From tomorrow is ooen up for all tourists visa, with enter through some city is visa free.

Too bad Singapore still not yet back to visa free to enter China.

They need visa to travel to a lot of places (including SG). I imagine the embassies are now filled with backlog from desperate travellers.
