triple plus jail time not less than 1 week.

if accident involves injury, at least 1 mth

if death, at least 3 mths.

Useless without enforcement.

No one believes enforceability of these punishments.

Motorcyclists fatality figures sure jump lo. You see the way they ride on the road really cannot make it. I don't know why they want to ride in such a way and endanger themselves and also other road user.

Yesterday while i was driving into a merger lane, saw one GetGo car, cannot see the driver face, driving quite a high speed behind me towards the merger lane and overtake 2 cars and exited into the expressway. Then very fast again changed to the extreme right lane and speed off. It was during an evening peak when the traffic is considered heavy. 😅

Maybe because new drivers nowadays bo standard, can pass easily to get 3A license. Plus the car doesn't belong to them so they just hoot only without reading the T&C.. then when kena insurance excess, complain unfair etc etc etc :D
