I posted in some thread. Some days I drive past the showroom it’s like dead. True enough, Seat is exiting the market. 

Next one I guess is another brand starting with S. Guess which one?

So VGS going to take over Cupra only while Vertex going back to Chery…

I think increasingly in Singapore, for a car brand to survive, need a very strong dealership group to back it. Gone are the days when you can have just a small single dealer representing the brand as an official distributor here. Very hard to fight with the big names with larger resources now like Eurokars, Wearnes, Komoco, Sime Darby etc.

In any case, will be interesting to see VCS strategy for all three brands here. At least Skoda and VW have some differentiation (Skoda is the 'cheaper' brand so to speak), but where will Seat fit in?

My guess is Suzuki but they have strong financial backing in Inchcape so…..😁

The 3 cars they offered are small and more of lifestyle car.
