In July 2021, Fairprice issued a statement that label accuracy was of “paramount” importance to them:

https://mothership.sg/2021/07/fairprice-wrong-label-fish/amp/

And in the last week alone, two more cases of label inaccuracy have surfaced……

Chicken: https://mothership.sg/2022/02/fairprice-chicken-breast-overpriced-weight-wrong/

Salmon:

I guess that’s what paramount means……

Not referring to wrong weighing, but I find fairprice price tagging to be accurate.. whereas the giant near my place very often still display outdated price tags.

the best way to cheat is to cheat on expensive fish like salmon.

but they say it's human error and not machine error.

so, how can humans punch buttons made error when the machine auto-weigh and print out the wrong weight label ? [laugh]
