Teddyb 1st Gear November 17 Share November 17 Great discount I got them $100 a piece for 235/45/18. More than half of what I paid for CSP7 last round. Just my 5cents feedback 😅 Doesn't really give confidence (Of course its not fair to compare to PS4, CSP7, etc) humming feedback Noise starts being irritating at 90km/h onwards getting louder (tyre shop played out likely bearing issue) 😂 Worst depending on road surface conditions - we know how the roads are lately Went for service, checked bearings no issues Feedback to shop was offered half price to trade in - 1 week old less I guess given the price, should expect that these tyres are not in the league of UPH as defined by Google AI. Regret yeah probably. But just sharing to set folks expectations if they are buying these. If you have good reviews and find it silent please do let me know. I might have gotten a lemon? ↡ Advertisement 2

Depending on what is price for new tires. I’ll dump it for 50%. Doubt other shops will give as much. lesson learnt. Just buy mainstream tires. If you want to try then consider it as experimental cost. for tires if cheap likely means no good. Very very rarely you get cheap and good.

Was trying to balance the cost in this experiment.

Teddyb 1st Gear November 18 Author Share November 18 (edited) Wanted to try Giti initially, called shop say got stock. Go there say no stock must order but upsell to say they have this very good one called Forceland they brought in on how its a performance tyre etc..... oh well 500km later couldn't take it. Given our weather going between super hot super wet. Went in for the change. Had no negotiate on price since they apparently Alibaba say trade in the tyre is going for is $20 more per pc. Gave up, negotiated to meet halfway - changed it up. ended up back to continental as per my last 😅. Damm it feels good. Well, just really my few cents worth of feedback incase anyone come across looking up online for forceland F22 at least there's some local 1 sided feedback. Appreciate everyone's input! Only in SG and jiuhu is there such a practice to change car batteries with engine running. My maybe bias take is this stems from jiuhu kia nonsense.. use tires can be made into a swing. I have the same experience. And some of their workers are damn salesy. I don’t like to be pushed stuff to buy. ↡ Advertisement
