Brain storing on the formations, site survey on the floor plan, organizing on the logistics and getting as many members to invole as possible. First, we gathered all the VAG cars at Kallang carpark for an initial headcount as to tally back to our member list which we had planned for the formation. 1 hr of buffer for the typical Singaporeans whom never on time. and we have 2 members with the RX-8 to keep us entertained!
