They have been giving lots of excuses in the delivery of my car and very poor responses. My car has been late for more than 6 mths and still no visibility in sight. Really very pissed off.

I got new drive from another PI, 1 wks late, I am about to complaint to CASE and check what options I can take.

The problem is they keep giving empty promises week by week, mth by mth...

@giants_lee: i an another helpless buyer held at mercy by Exodus Global. Bought my car last Oct 2015! Took ages for the car Toyota AQUA to arrive n finally it did in Jul 2016. Went down to pay more n COE then finally done. Then i hv been given empty promises again n again n my car is still not registered :(

Seemed like Exodus Global's practice is in question. A wait of 10 months for a new car is way too long and unacceptable. Agree with giants_lee that setting up a pm to discuss further is a good start.

from payment to collection about 2-3 weeks nia

lol..so far the car serve me well.

 

After 3 servicing, I stop going to their authorize workshop.

 

Cheaper outside and i choose my own EO.

Dishonest PIs continue to exist cos basically consumers are a cheapskate lot... they're attracted by impossibly low prices and hence fall into the too good to be true offers... for these PIs, they set a very low price in order o snare you to sign and then delay in bidding for COE or delivery so that you will top up and they earn the extras... some are just plain incompetent... miscalculation results in a botched business enterprise leading to customers left high and dry...

 

I'll never buy from a PI... it's just not worth the savings... not even if it's $20,000 savings... buying from ADs is already a painful process due to the COE system... don't need o make life more difficult than necessary.
