I'm looking at one of these 2nd hand in Singapore

any present/ex-owners on the abv,

care to share their feedbacks on the overall performance in foll areas ONLY:

- road holding

- fuel consumption

- any major defects

hi, got to know one of the zafira owner selling his yr 2000 1.8 zafi. Road holding is one of the best in its class with no major defects and as for fuel consumption, avg can get between 8 to 10km/l depends how u drive. Go test drive the car and remember, drive it hard!

me know of 2 Opel Zafiras owners.... comments:

 

fuel economy range... one is doing about 7-8 km/l, the other about 9-10... so you can see that driving habits are affect the consumption lots for this car...

 

Power... one says its okie... the other feels it is under powered.... so power is relative, depending on what you have driven before....

 

Road holding... no complains... due to its 'smaller' mpv built, i suppose.... so pretty good in this aspect...

 

major defects... not heard of any yet......(although one has got a throttle body changed and also brake discs skimmed under warranty.)
