I am wondering why ppl are still going for Jazz when they can go for shuttle which is slightly bigger but only pay a few k more.

Bro, not everyone likes big and boxy car like shuttle.. Smaller cars are easier to maneuver and to be honest, Jazz ain't that small. Its actually quite spacious inside.

Agree with you.

That's why I chose the jazz.

And yes,it is defintely very spacious inside.

Some even say its interior is more spacious than the merc S class!  [:p]

The seats can be folded up or down.

Very practical and economical car.

I am very happy with it!

Haha jazz, city, shuttle and vezel they are all closely related and sharing the same platform. Can't really go wrong with either one of them. At the end of the day, you choose based on your needs and expectation. There's no need of saying which one is better.

Jazz is from Kah motor and Shuttle is from PI.

Jazz is from Kah motor and Shuttle is from PI.

I personally won't consider buying from PI at all.

Pay a little more and get peace of mind.

In my opinion, shuttle looks ugly. Jazz is 100x better looking than shuttle

Jazz is sleek and stylish.

Shuttle looks more like a station wagon.

So it depends on what is your need.

I have been driving the Jazz for more than a month and really loving it!

It is easy to manoevre and park.

I am driving a Feb 09 Jazz 1.3 purchased brand new from Kah Motor. I can get about 15.6 Km/L after clocking 199,000 Km. What I like most is the low running and maintainance cost. When I send my car to KM for servicing , they replaced the Air Bags for me as my car was one of the affected one. Buying from AD gives you peace of mind.

Actually if the Shuttle's front and rear mate into the current Fit, the 3rd gen Fit will look great.

Don't like the new Fit's look. The 2nd gen looks better.

I booked my Civic mid last month and was told the dashcam is Blackvue.

I got my jazz in Sept.

It is Blackvue too.

But I heard that for subsequent jazz, they are changing it to another brand.

Can't remember the name.

I negotiated for dual channel.

Front and back recording.

looking to buy a 1.3 jazz from kah...how much max discount  from list price and freebies will sales man give?

As of now, the price i see on sgcarmart is $96 999 for the 1.3L Jazz.

1.5 L jazz is $99 999.

In my opinion, it is worth topping up the $3 K to get the 1.5 L.

The 1.5 L is more stylish with fog lamps in front, a small spoiler at the back, side mirror indicator and the ease of keyless entry, bigger wheels (16 inch , compared to 15 inch for the 1.3L) and the pedal looks aesthetically better.

Kah motor won't give additional discounts.

But you can ask for freebies eg dual channel recording camera, 3M  floor mats, solar films, retention of old car plate number ($100),  petrol vouchers?

If need to pay $99,999 for a 1.5L Jazz, i rather get other cars.

Even Shuttle is slightly cheaper than that but have bigger boot and better fuel consumption

The Shuttle & Vezel are PI and not from Kah motors.

I personally won't buy from PI.

I agree that the Jazz is rather pricey.

But I like it as it is compact and easy to drive.

The interior is spacious.

If you prefer something cheaper and about same size as the Jazz , you may consider the Nissan note.

I also considered that before I bought the Jazz.

They have the 1.2 L and it is much cheaper, I think it is about $80k.

However I chose the Jazz as I have always liked and trusted Honda.

And I like the 1.5L engine.

It is powerful for a small car.

And if you are considering buying from PI, you can try out the Honda Fit.

The Fit is almost the same as the Jazz.

From what I see on sgcarmart, 1.3L cost $89 k to $92.5 K depending on the model.

Buying from Kah is typically more expensive than PIs. You get peace of mind, warranty that means something and usually a slightly higher omv. You decide if that's worth it.

For me it's worth the difference. Cheers
