Immobilizer??? Is there Or Is there not???

Need advise from those brothers and sisters who had collected their Aveo5 recently? Does the Aveo5 comes with Immobiliser? And how many set of keys did you all receive?

No immobiliser. 1 key with remote alarm and 1 normal key.

make the flip key remote type or ard $50... use the search button wheels flip key.

i dunno if it's been answered...but since de aveo remote is integrated in de key...can make another remote from outside shop is it?

No. The lock/unlock that is

built-in the keys are not alarm

system so that are no way that

outside shop can duplicate it.

 

However I ever come across a

shop in Turf club city that can

dup keys which are integrated.

Like Optra, VW and some toyota cars.

Not sure for Aveo5 since the model is

so new.

thanks...will have to my SE coz' said that the extra $1000 for the facelift included the immobiliser. will have to negotiate for extra freebie(s)
