First one to buck the Pioneer trend.

Guys.my ICE ,oops Transistor radio is soundin more n more irratating .like high treble..is it true that I need to install a Jappy Antena booster..my HU is stock KNN CA issued but antenna is stock Skoda,aka German. I used to hav a din10 antena booster but it mess up all my settings. N pls dun mention autovox. Thank U.

 

Jus wan decent sound wz more full body sound..dun need those stylo lylo concert sound like martin Logan or Mark levinson frm LS' ICE.. [sly]

If you want buzz-free radio...can try DAB

 

but then again...underground, MSCP, and some area reception is quite bad.

Normally a amp for the front component speaker and another amp for the subwoofer [;)] ...

 

However, depending on your budget [:/] ...

 

Cheaper items means lousy sound [:|] ...

 

So, price does matter in ICE in this case [:(] ...

IMHO should get a good head unit first.

 

Garbage in garbage out.

 

Head unit -> amps-> speakers -> amps -> sub
