if i had a budget to do a ice setup of about $1400, wat is the best i can do....?

 

any idea? including changin of HU n the rear speaker spoilt liao too...

 

wats the best i can do with 1400??? if possible can state the stats of the items? n wats kinda of HU i need if i wan to have a LCD screen type.
