Best car:

Metalwork of a conti

Safety features of a Volvo / BMW / Merc

Reliability of a Jap car

Made in Japan, by workers who will do a good job all the time

Price of a Cherry QQ  [laugh]

Does it exist? Sure!

Just walk across the Causeway and buy anything you like...  [:p]

Surveys have been done, cars assembled on Wed fair best :

Monday the worker is still hangover from his weekend

Friday the worker is too distracted by the coming weekend

Most affected workers? Americans and continental Europe, apart from the Germans, who use a lot of robots to counteract the cost of labor.

That's why tell to read more loh.

The best Toyota factory is Tahara.

It is the most computerized and robotized automotive plant in the world

Twincharged

I think we have to assess the HRV / Vezel for what it is.

Superb interior space

Superb FC

MIJ

Good design

Actually the NVH, and finish is already better than past Civics, so if we want better NVH, then we may need to spend Lexus money, or pile on the kilos to add bitumen, and then the acceleration is also affected.

So the power isn't that of a hot rod, but in most cases in SG, it should be fine. My concern is of course with merging with traffic, and higher speeds on the NS highway.

For more power, better interior, there are brands like VW, BMW, Merc etc, but are these brands actually more reliable?

The MIJ tag is something worth paying for IMO. It definitely means something, because I have been reading this thread and other foreign ones, and essentially very few real faults have been reported. Definitely less than even Merc, BMW etc.

Agree with you on this count, in addition, if u prefer a nicer interior, u can certainly consider the hybrid rs, the interior rocks too... [;)]

Interior definitely looks better quality than vezel. Imho vezel interior really cheapo plastics and basic, especially the door armrest. Super bare and backdated.

this is the interiors and the boot of the vezel s model , looks good. so dont understand your comments.

;)

It looks a bit plastic to me....though this is subjective to individual

Hyundai Tucson looks slightly better interiorly.

But different cat...not fair to compare

You mean there is a law which says that 1. 5l cars cannot be as well appointed as a 2. 0l car?

A cherry qq can be as good as audio R8. Haha haha

I am poor men. Paying 100k I know what to expect.

hard cover, thus non foldable. pi said soft ones no good, flimsy, can't put anything on it. hard cover more practical. haven't tried removing. if so, maybe just stack it against back seat?

Those conti cars with the small turbos form a significant rival.. But we will only know how reliable they are years down..

And let's see what their resale value is like..

For bros who are visiting Kah, please continue to pester them into bringing in the hybrid and the 1.5t!

Vezel/HR-V never had 1.5T models from what I recalled.
