Jeep is offering a new JK-8 Independence Package for its iconic Wrangler off-roader for owners in the US.

How it works is that the package comes as an aftermarket kit, which owners can choose to assemble themselves in the comfort of their own garages.

That sounds cool, and oh so appropriate for the Wrangler's image. After all, everything about the car shouts "I am man, tough and strong!"

So, why not self-assemble this nifty kit which converts your standard, regular four-door Wrangler, into a tough, two-door, menacing pick-up.

Of course, if you're just the lazy type, or not mechanically-inclined, or simply poor with tools and assembling things, you can request the dealer to help you put the thing together for your Wrangler.

But where's the fun and machoness in that?

While it's clear tiny houses aren't going to work out here, the concept of 'tiny living' is; not just physically but also mentally. Anyone who has lived enough years lo
