  1. It’s not a booth. I was at Suzuki booth then this lady wearing a polo shirt with ERP2.0 approached us and start blabbering about it. They even give some free gift but can’t remembered what it is.
  2. After its introduction of its current form in 1998, all new Jimny coming next year, after 20 years. Next-gen Suzuki Jimny 4×4 undisguised images leakedhttps://paultan.org/2017/08/25/next-gen-suzuki-jimny-4x4-undisguised-images-leaked/ The Suzuki Jimny has been around in its current third-generation form for almost a decade now, but the tiny off-roader is set to get a reboot at the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show that happens in October. Images of the next-generation Suzuki Jimny have now been leaked ahead of its Tokyo debut, and it shows the new car undisguised. The images you see here are likely to be from official presentation slides. They show a very square cut 4×4 that recalls the second-generation Jimny’s more basic design. Tall sides, big glass areas and vertical slats on the grille provide the link to Jimnys past, but the toy-like face is also modern and fits in well with Suzuki’s cool range of small cars – the Alto, Hustler and Ignis are all cute little things. The Jimny is no modern crossover, and will likely retain all of its famous off-road capabilities. A tailgate-mounted spare wheel keeps it real and chunky overfenders and black bumpers hint at its purpose. There’s also a look at the new Jimny’s interior. The dashboard is typically shallow and upright, and while there are similarities with the Ignis, it’s clear that Suzuki went for a ‘tough’ look with overtly rugged cues – see the instrument binnacle and exposed “bolts”. There’s a big infotainment screen in the middle. No specs leaked along with the pics, but possible engines could include Suzuki’s 1.0 litre three-cylinder “Boosterjet” turbo and a naturally-aspirated 1.2 litre four-cylinder unit from the Ignis. As a kei-car in Japan, a 660cc turbo triple is regulation. Suzuki Jimny Replacement Spotted On Public Roads For The First Timehttp://www.carscoops.com/2017/08/suzuki-jimny-replacement-spotted-on.html
  3. Suzuki swift got come?
  4. If i not wrong Daihatsu..GTti all have Turbo,only Suzuki Gti N/A.
  5. What's an apple to apple comparison for a Mini? Not familiar with it generally. Maybe Golf GTI, Suzuki Swift, Yaris?
  6. That time also got the Suzuki Gti.
  7. Just sharing since Toyota is highly likely to release this in 2024, but whether it's PI or AD, remains to be seen.. The final name could be FJ or something else https://www.drive.com.au/news/details-leak-of-miniature-toyota-landcruiser-fj-a-suzuki-jimny-xl-rival/ "This suggests that the LandCruiser FJ will use the same Toyota iMV ladder-frame underpinnings as the Champ, albeit with a four-wheel-drive transfer case as opposed to the Champ’s rear-drive platform. With a wheelbase of between 2745mm and 2750mm (depending on application) the Toyota platform is longer than the new five-door Suzuki Jimny XL at 2590mm." This could very well be my next car.. Always wanted a SUV and something reliable but fun for my next one, that can carry people and has a higher hip point and is still funky, whilst being well built. Can't wait
  8. This shall be my retirement ride, if the COE continues to remain at the current level. Anything higher, will go BMW liao. Five-Door Suzuki Jimny Spied Flaunting Its Longer Wheelbase The Suzuki Jimny is about to grow a bit bigger and gain an extra pair of doors to make the little SUV a bit more utilitarian. These spy shots catch one of them testing in Europe. Aesthetically, the five-door Jimny looks identical to the existing version, except for the lengthened body and extra doors. The spy photographer estimates that the wheelbase is about 300 millimeters longer than the existing 3 door variant. The width and height appear to be unchanged. Another interesting note from the photographer was that this vehicle seemed to be driving without producing any engine noise. This suggests that the Jimny might be getting a hybrid drive train. It's not clear whether the existing 1.5-liter naturally aspirated gasoline engine making 100 horsepower (75 kilowatts) would continue to be available or whether this potentially electrically assisted setup would completely replace it. Switching to the turbocharged, mild-hybrid engine would give the Jimny improved emissions. This might rectify the current issue that limits the model's availability to a two-seat, commercial product in Europe. According to a rumor from Japan in 2021, Suzuki plans to call this model the Jimny Long, which fits with exactly what it is. The same report claims this version uses a turbocharged, mild-hybrid engine, which fits with what the photographer of this one is saying. For JDM models, price for the five-door would be about 300,000 yen more than the three-door unit. This Jimny Long, or whatever it final name is, is expected to be unveiled by end of this year, and become officially available from 2023. Stay tuned for more info.
  9. Abusing my mod powers here! I am looking for a ZC32 Suzuki Swift Sport, preferably in manual but auto will do just fine! If you or someone you know has one to sell (and not at exorbitant prices), please slide into my DMs! I've been searching high and low for the past few months on Sgcarmart and Carousell, and my luck hasn't been the greatest. I did stumble upon one listing on Sgcarmart that was reasonably priced, but it was snatched up within two days of me seeing it. Talk about bad timing! 😩 My current Swift is heading into the scrapyard next year, and I'm in desperate need for another car. So please, if you have any leads on a ZC32 Suzuki Swift Sport at a fair price, don't hesitate to DM me! ❤️
  10. Shared Parts with Suzuki Jinmy.?
  11. Maybe Suzuki swift got feature inside the movie. You never know. 😈
  12. Bros and Sis........Coming to a while since I join MCF and would like to share some info. Besides sharing, I also think it is good to give the brothers at this place some salute for serving us over the years as some of us may have know this place. Ho Hup Seng at Blk 7 King George Ave. I know this place since 1996 when I was then driving an old Suzuki Jimny registered in 1979. I have since been to this place many times over the years as the place was run by 3 brothers (Ah Seng, Ah Chai and Ah Li). Even when I do drive a new car, I go there and buy the old man coffee as they serve me well over many years. Place of set up - They are just general spare parts stockist and one of the brother is doing the repair and replacements for people who know them. They have little overheads and they charge really cheap. So for small problems, I still go to them. Besides, if you have more complicated issues, they do recommend you to their affiliated workshops whom are also equipped and reasonable. So for this, I am writing to share as well as a salute for these old brother's whom serve our community well. For our bros and sis whom do know them. Please also comments. I think with years to come, they may just disappear.......Cheers.
  13. Maybe Owner damaged the Stock Bumper, too costly to find new one, found from Scrapyard,a Suzuki Swift Sport Bumper,so just fit it.
  14. When I say you assume all other drivers around you are idiots means you are slowing down a little to give yourself more time to react: - be on look out for car in front to suddenly ebrake for no reason - cars in the immediate front left and front right of your lane to suddenly change to your lane without signal or blind spot check (like this white suzuki swift) - look out for lane straddling motorcyclist in your blind spot as you negotiate the tight curve.
  15. Enjoy!!! I think this MPV from Nissan. Coz Nissan and Suzuki make a deal of exchange supply programme :) Nice, but not sure CM will bring in?
  16. Hi All Suzuki Swift - Any pocket friendly car service center near Bukit Panjang area or near by ? Thanks in advance to all C Saha
  17. yeah the kia cars in the 2000s era is bit simple but not that far from say a mitsubishi or suzuki. But the 1990s korean cars were really crude.
  18. Was deciding between Kona, Niro and Honda HRV and went with the new Kona. It's taller than Niro, has more boot space and more safety features with the base GL model. Also prefer the Kona look over Niro, wife also the same. Been driving for a couple of weeks averaging 23km/l on eco mode, very quiet and comfortable. My previous car was a 2008 Suzuki swift sport manual so this car is a new experience for me and so far so good, the after sales is pleasant as well (had a cosmetic defect which they rectified in a few hours I sent in).
  19. Railings are meant to be ram down! 🤣 It’s a miracle this Suzuki Ciaz didn’t hit any car.
  20. What would be the most affordable vehicle to get now? Looking at Suzuki swift at 113k. Anyone managed to get a discount off champion motors? TIA
  21. My company bought a brand new goods vehicle from a dealer, a Suzuki Every with back seats and seat belts. However I have been informed by a friend that it is illegal to have people in the backseat.. My question is.. is this true? The seats are stock from the dealer and has seat belts.. Where can I find more info on it? TIA
  22. HySE - Mission 1000 Series - # Dakar2024 Cannot be imbedded by Dakar but it's only about 8min. Anyway "Hydrogen Small mobility Engine technology" by Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Toyota and Yamaha. It is quite incorrect to suggest the Japanese have given up on H2 engines. https://youtu.be/6HkHGLw7jG4?si=5JA2J88aPsXcUH5A Dakar is really quite into testing and development Hydrogen. Friends and colleagues of mine two-years ago were a big part of the team that, together with Aramco, built and ran the first hydrogen-fueled truck at the Dakar 2022. It wasn't part of the official competition, but completed every stage as a demo, and finished.
