Chucky2007 Turbocharged August 16, 2007 Share August 16, 2007 u mean mercedes benz sparkplug? i think they are manufactured by Bosch, and branded under merc.. if that's the one, its just a normal Bosch Super plug (copper) which cost only S$3 per piece when its not a Merc OEM. Chucky2007 Turbocharged August 16, 2007 Share August 16, 2007 OEM = original equipment manufacturer Factory is Bosch, Bosch also sell spark plug directly catering to different car models.. when Bosch OEM for Mercedes, you will see a Merc logo, but still see bosch insignia. It simply means that this "merc sparkplug" is a manufactured by Bosch to be a original/stock plug for merc car... i dun drive merc, so i dunno what's the price difference between a Merc OEM and a normal Bosch. Maybe a difference of 100%? example the normal Bosch Super cost $12 for a set of 4, but maybe merc is $20/30 for a set of 4 did i answer yr question correct?
