Also to share some information:

Some of the new mazda 3 mild hybrid owners who recently collected since last december, regardless of trim/body(hatch or sedan), you might have realised that you have speed limit displayed on your active driving display (aka HUD). This feature is not officially available in singapore market.

I have reached out to mazda for an official reply, unfortunately they could only explain that works are in progress to make that feature available..

Therefore, those who got the feature now could be erroneously activated by the technical team either from factory or from service centre, in my opinion as mazda refused to give a straight forward answer to this question.

Mine displays the speed limit. It’s great.

Excited like you guys wouldn't believe! I currently drive a 1.2T Nissan qashqai but always found it underpowered and the transmission is weird.... But it does provide excellent visibility though due to the high seating position, which is why I bought it in the first place.

Went to try both sedan and HB version of Mazda 3.. The visibility thing surprisingly did not bother me much with the sedan.. HB has a pokey little rear windscreen! :D

I also tried the CX30, but again didnt feel much difference in terms of seeing out of the car...and the price is a bit too high...

I so wanted to get the astina model actually for its bose speakers, but 7K price diff between elegance and sedan, dont know what the heck are they thinking.. feels like they are penalizing people who want to buy high spec version! I do hope that the sound system in the elegance version is up to the mark though. What do you guys think?

In terms of power, mazda 3 is no racing car :D but at least the power felt smooth while pressing the accelerator.. also the initial acceleration is definitely feels better than my Qashqai.. whether its due to the mild hybrid thingi or good gear setups or just a placebo effect, cant say for certain.

By the way, guys did TEK make you guys wait for multiple rounds of COE bidding or one round was enough... my sales lady seems to be confident about bidding within 1 round, but I am a bit skeptical.. how was your experience?
