Product name is WMA1000 and it functions as per the link above. Basically takes away the limitation of iPod 30-pin connection and extends to any apple/android device with Bluetooth, fully integrated with your vehicle MMI.
As far as I know, it works with the Audi Music Interface, Mercedes Media Interface and VW Media-in Multimedia Port with the supplied 30 pin cable. If your system doesn't come with such a cable (eg end terminal connector is an ipod dock), there is a high chance it won't work. Check with your audio expert in such a situation.
