The Tweeter

The tweeter is a small silk dome of 28mm using neodymium magent in a brushed aluminium hull with small balck grid of protection for stability and rigidity over typical plastic housing. No ferro fluid is used to prevent slow response. Much bigger air volume with aluminium casing for maximum heat conduction, coupled with chamber technologhy to reduce resonance. Wide frequency range.

-Series provide a smooth sound with wide and deep roominformation. The membranetechnologie of the bass-midrange is "glassfiber". These membranes are strong, lightweighted and since ten years in production. They have no own soundcoloration. All 5-Series speakers cover a wide spectrum of musical energy. The 5.28 MK II tweeter is excellent in dynamics, resolution and staging.

5-Series tweeterdesign, like the 7.28 Mk II tweeter, is the key to the next step of soundquality and makes it easy to install with an optional full aluminium housing for dashmounting.
