NB Auto Pte Ltd ’s Booking Instructions:

• The collection time of the rental car is strictly between 8am to 5pm from Monday to Sunday.
• Our car rental is on a 24-hour basis. The return time will be the same as the collection time.
• Additional charges may apply for late returns.
• All timings of the car rental are subject to the availability of the vehicle for rent.
• We reserve the rights to replace a vehicle of a similar class or car rental group, if the reserved unit for rent is unavailable.
• Additional drivers are allowed. The same rental terms and conditions applicable to the primary car hirer will also apply to the additional driver.
• The deposit is fully refundable after the hired car is returned.

Car Rental / Car Leasing Terms & Conditions:

1. Driver's Age: 23 years old and above
2. Driving experience: Minimum 2 years

Car Rental / Car Leasing Deposit (One-time, Refundable):

• Normal car short term rental - $500 to $1000
• Long term leasing - 1 month advance + 1 month deposit

Optional Add-ons:

• Drive from Singapore to Johor Bahru – Call for enquiry
• Adding a Second-named Driver to Insurance (Up to 2 Drivers in Total) - Call for enquiry

Car Rental / Car Leasing Insurance excess (own damage + third-party claim):

• 1,600cc and below - $1,600 + $500
• Above 1,601cc - $2,000 + $800

(subject to insurance quote)

Private Hire Insurance excess (own damage + third-party claim):

• 1,600cc and below - $2,300 + $1,800

Do note that some models may have higher excess than other models.
