Created to be the most reliable blow off valve system available, the Type-RS’s state of-the art design allows for greater performance in a compact size. Improved response and increased pressure are achieved through carefully selected spring rates and a large 40mm valve. The real unique feature of the Type-RS blow off valve is the CNC machined 8 discharge ports that draw in the surrounding air to amplify the blow-off sound. Each  Type RS BOV is made of durable cast and billet aluminum frame and the valve to diaphragm ratio provides performance that cheap piston types cannot offer. The spring stiffness adjustment screw and 3 different sizes give the GReddy RS user the option to match vehicles with mild upgrades to heavily tuned engines. The Greddy Type RS BOV is also available in an easy to install kit form for many turbocharged vehicles. The Type-RS is compatible with the standard GReddy Blow-off Valve flanges.
