Terms & Conditions – Sgcarmart Car Care
1. General Eligibility and Conditions
1.1.
Participants must hold a valid and active driving license recognised and issued by Singapore Traffic Police.
1.2.
The vehicle must be roadworthy and currently insured under a valid motor insurance policy.
1.3.
The entitlements within this package are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
1.4.
Sgcarmart may collect, use, and disclose data provided by the vehicle owner for the purpose of implementing and fulfilling the inclusions of Car Care.
1.5.
Sgcarmart reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the package and its entitlements.
2. Roadside Assistance (Towing Service in Singapore and Malaysia)
2.1.
This benefit includes one complimentary towing service over a 12-month period in Singapore and one complimentary towing service across a 7-day period in Malaysia. The 7 days of coverage in Malaysia require prior activation.
2.2.
Towing services arranged outside the approved network will not be reimbursed.
3. Vehicle Servicing Package
3.1.
The Servicing Package includes:

Oil Filter (Top up $20 for continental oil filter)
•
Safety / Battery / Tyre Checks
•
Mechanical Labour
3.2.
Any additional services, premium oil types, or non-standard parts requested by the vehicle owner will be chargeable.
3.3.
The benefits stated in Point 3.1 must be redeemed in a single visit and cannot be split across multiple appointments.
4. Petrol Discount Card – 23% Discount
4.1.
The vehicle owner will receive a petrol discount card offering 23% discount.
4.2.
The discount is applicable only to fuel purchases for the registered vehicle.
4.3.
The card must be presented at the time of payment to enjoy the discount. No retrospective claims will be entertained.
