Hi

Anyone tried the above? How's the wet grip?

Any idea the price for 18"

Reasonable grip means mediocre?

How cheap? For 18"

Please understand good grip = short lifespan

It is a good bang for buck tyre.

with a threadlife of 460 or 420 (for the v/w speed rating sizes)

dont expect that much grip

it will harden probably faster than u hit 75%

Is there a direct correlation between thread wear and grip?

higher wear rate figure=harder compound=cover more distance=less grip.

lower wear rate figure=softer compound=lesser distance covered=better grip.

this is the easier i can explain.

Just changed to this set, around $140 SGD per piece after conversion.

Was on F1AS2 previously... so would love to see how this tyre performs since it cost almost half of what i had paid for the F1AS2.

It only rains 2-3x in a year at where i am, so i hope i am not wrong in choosing this summer tyre.
