Steven Neutral Newbie February 16, 2005 Share February 16, 2005 Does anyone knows how much wine or beer equate to the legal limit of 80mg/100ml of blood? ↡ Advertisement
Adrianli Hypersonic February 16, 2005 Share February 16, 2005 It varies from person to person. Some take 1 can of beer n drunk already, some take 10 cans of beer then drunk.

Acemundo Supercharged February 16, 2005 Share February 16, 2005 wrong leh..... what u saying is how drunk is each person.... i think wat our brother is asking is how much is the legal limit... u can be perfectly sober and yet above the legal limit.... what i understand is its equivalent is about 2 glasses of beer. Adrianli Hypersonic February 16, 2005 Share February 16, 2005 There was an episode from Mythbusters on Discovery where they test the legal limit. 2 of them drank and measured their limit. Both drank 3 cans of beer and few glasses of wine to fail the legal limit.

Gadgeter 2nd Gear February 16, 2005 Share February 16, 2005 usually beer about 1 can or 1 1/2 half is limit already..... shld be same as wine... check bottle alcohol content first ! if one is involved in a accident, even 1 can is considered as Drink driving..
Acemundo Supercharged February 16, 2005 Share February 16, 2005 hehe.....3 cans then fail? anyway sometimes i also wonder if going to the toilet helps to reduce the alcohol level faster.... on theory sounds logical.... but on deeper thought, i thought alcohol enters the blood stream and does not pass out with urine and might not necessarily help if we go toilet more often..... keke.....any biologist care to explain if this is true
Adrianli Hypersonic February 16, 2005 Share February 16, 2005 Sometimes its difficult to reject frens or customers offer of a drink. For me, I'll stick to 1 glass or 1 can of beer. Only taking sips from it.
Adrianli Hypersonic February 16, 2005 Share February 16, 2005 Those mythbusters tried every trick from the book to fool the detector but none works!!! The alcohol will stay in ur body for 8 hrs. Going toilet also no use!!!

Adrianli Hypersonic February 16, 2005 Share February 16, 2005 They tried mints, toothpaste, tobacco, suck coins, drink tea or coffee, go toilet, etc.... But all dont work on the detector.

Ghostrider 3rd Gear February 16, 2005 Share February 16, 2005 It does not mean that you feel drunk then you exceed the limit bro.... If I am not wrong...nothing more than 2 cans of beer is the limit. Once you hit that level, you are on the boderline already. best is to avoid drinking all together. if you need to drink dun drive. Cos even if you have 1 beer and you got into an accident (even if its not your fault), the police can charge you for drink driving too. I abstain from drinking when I need to drive...sometime you never know how suay your luck can be. ↡ Advertisement
