NB Auto Pte Ltd ’s Booking Instructions:

1. The collection time of the rental car is strictly between 8am to 5pm from Monday to Sunday.
2. Our car rental is on a 24-hour basis. The return time will be the same as the collection time.
3. Additional charges may apply for late returns.
4. All timings of the car rental are subject to the availability of the vehicle for rent.
5. We reserve the rights to replace a vehicle of a similar class or car rental group, if the reserved unit for rent is unavailable.
6. Additional drivers are allowed. The same rental terms and conditions applicable to the primary car hirer will also apply to the additional driver.
7. The deposit is fully refundable after the hired car is returned.

Car Rental / Car Leasing Terms & Conditions:

• Driver's Age: 23 years old and above
• Driving experience: Minimum 2 years

Car Rental / Car Leasing Deposit (One-time, Refundable):

• Short term rental - $500 to $1000
• Long term leasing - 1-month advance + 1-month deposit

Optional Add-ons:

• Drive from Singapore to Johor Bahru – Call for enquiry
• Adding a Second-named Driver to Insurance (Up to 2 Drivers in Total) - Call for enquiry

Car Rental / Car Leasing Insurance excess (own damage + third-party claim):

• 1,600cc and below - $1,600 + $500
• Above 1,601cc - $2,000 + $800 (subject to insurance quote)

Private Hire Insurance excess (own damage + third-party claim):

1,600cc and below - $2,300 + $1,800
