AL Autorent Pte Ltd 's Booking instructions:

• The collection time of the rental cars is strictly between 10.30am to 7pm from Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm on Saturday. Close on Sunday & PHs.
• Our car rental is on a 24-hour basis. The return time will be the same as the collection time.
• All timings of the car rental are subject to the availability of the vehicle for rent.
• We reserve the right to replace a vehicle of a similar class or car rental group if the reserved unit for rent is unavailable.
• Only you and your assigned drivers are allowed to drive the hired vehicle in Singapore or Malaysia.

Car Rental / Car Leasing / Private Hire Terms & Condition:

• Driver's  Age: 23 years old and above
• Driving experience: Minimum 2 years

Car Rental / Car Leasing / Private Hire Deposit (One-time, Refundable):

• Short term car rental - $200
• Long term car leasing - 1-month rental fee
• PHV rental (Brand new cars and less than 1-year) - $1,000
• PHV rental (Cars more than 1 year) - $500

Optional Add-ons: 

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) - $5 Per day (Singapore usage)/ $35 Per day (Malaysia usage)

Car Rental / Car Leasing / Private Hire Insurance excess:
Without CDW

• Own damage in Singapore - $2,000
• Third-party damage in Singapore – 2,000

With CDW

• $1,000 Maximum liability
