CarTimes Auto-Rent Pte Ltd’s Booking Instructions:

• The collection time of the rental car is strictly between 10am to 12pm from Monday to Friday.
• Our car rental is on a 24-hour basis. The return time will be the same as the collection time.
• Weekend Rental applies from Friday to Monday (3 days).
• All timings of the car rental are subject to the availability of the vehicle for rent.
• We reserve the right to replace a vehicle of a similar class or car rental group if the reserved unit for rent is unavailable.
• The location for car viewing and collection is at our office in Mackenzie Car Mall.
• Driver or additional driver (if any) must be present on the day of vehicle collection.
• Various schemes available for different usage (Personal, Corporate, Private-Hire)

Car Rental Terms & Condition:

• Driver's Age: 22 years old and above, below 65 years old
• Driving experience: Minimum 2 years

Car Rental Deposit (One-time, Refundable):

From $500 – depending on the car models

Optional Add-ons:

• Drive from Singapore to West Malaysia - Free
• Adding a Second-named Driver to Insurance (Up to 2 Drivers in Total) - Call for enquiry
• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) - S$5 per day (Applicable for Singapore usage only)

Car Rental Insurance excess:

Singapore

• Without CDW - $1,500 (Third-Party)  $2,000 (Own Damage)  $100 (Windscreen)
• With CDW - $500 (Third-Party)  $500 (Own Damage)  $100 (Windscreen)

Malaysia

Additional S$3,000 before GST per claim on top of Singapore Excess
