  1. Any video to show the effect of the rear windows?

For rear, it different story as wind will not blow like the front windows.

Hi Gaolow, yes you are correct, without wind, the water beading effect will take a longer period of time compared to the front windscreen, However if will be much better than without using a rain repellant coat. Unfortunately we do not currently have a video to show this!

    Cheers

    RainOK Methanol Free Washer Fluids

There are 3 models of washer fluids from RainOK, all of which are Methanol free. Did you know? There is an air inlet located near the wiper in the front of the car that allows outside air to enter the cabin when internal circulation is turned off? Other brand’s washer fluid contains the harmful chemical, Methanol which when inhaled can lead to health complications.

The 3 models of washer fluids are Ethanol Cleaner, Premium Rain Repellant Washer fluid and 3 in 1 Washer Fluid.

  3. How to Keep your Car's Interior Feeling Fresh

Everybody loves stepping in to a fresh smelling car. Whether its that coveted “New Car” smell or your favourite scent, keeping your car free from foul odors can make driving a much more pleasant experience for both you and your passengers.

There are a 3 ways you can freshen up your car’s interior

    1. Car Fragrances

    2. Air Ionizers

    3. Fumigation

    1. Car Fragrances

While there are many car fragrances in the market, many use harmful chemicals that can not only lead to a headache with prolonged exposure but also cause harm to your body when inhaled for long periods of time. Use Bullsone Air Care products which contain only 100% Natural Essential Oils which leave a pleasant scent in your car.

    2. Air Ionizer

Foul smells emit positive ions. Using an Air Ionizer helps to neutralize any foul odours by releasing negative ions in your vehicle. Powered using a cigarette socket, Bullsone Air Theraphy Ionizer not only helps to neutralize foul smell but releases a refreshing scent in your car.

Watch the video below to see its effectiveness against smoke!

    3.Fumigation

Lastly, if all else fails, Fumigation is the best alternative. While ionizers and Fragrances will only mask the foul odor, Fumigation rids the problem effectively. Bullsone Salladin Fumigator for A/C System is a 2 in 1 solution that not only get rids of any Tobacco, Vomit, Sweat or Food smells in your car, it cleans the A/C unit as well! 5. Crystal Coat: Why you should Coat instead of Wax?

Paint protection systems (PPS) such as ceramic coating/glass coating are becoming increasing popular with users due to various reasons.

    1. Time Saving

    2. Better Protective properties than Wax

    3. Achieve a high standard of gloss

    1.Time Saving

With the traditional method of applying wax, there are multiple steps involved. Firstly, your car has to be washed with a car shampoo and dried completely. Next, a thin layer of compound or paste wax must be applied on the paintwork. After which, wait for the wax to harden before buffing off.

However, with a PPS coat, you do not need to wait before buffing off which saves a huge amount of time and effort in detailing your car.

    2. Better Protective Properties than Wax

Another difference of Coat Vs Wax will be the level of protection that it provides. While wax may have a higher gloss unit especially if a high quality wax is used, it only gives the car a deep shine without protecting the paintwork against water marks, UV rays or Acid Rain. Also, PPS when applied frequently, causes the coat to multiply, thus extending its longevity.

    3. Achieve a high standard of gloss

For the effort to result ratio, there can be no doubt that using a coating will result in a more than satisfactory result in gloss for your car, furthermore, the ease of maintenance means that simple stains can be remove by just using water! This is because the layer of coat protects the stains from penetrating the core layer of the paintwork.

Why spend hundreds of dollars on Paint Protection Systems (PPS) when you can DIY yourself at a fraction of the cost?

  6. Thanks for the response!

I actually just did a new wash and reapplication yesterday and this time I noticed that the haziness left behind is much less than the first time. There is indeed a moderate blue tint on the mirrors now, they were just slightly cloudy looking.

In my original attempt the cloudiness appeared on the first attempt at application, so I tried gently wiping as other user reviews suggested. After doing that I tested it with a little spray of water which left some droplets stuck, so I wiped it off and tried reapplying, which had the same hazy effect.

This time around I thoroughly wiped the mirrors with car shampoo water instead of using automotive glass cleaner. The result is similar to what you did and I did not try wiping off the mirrors. They still seemed a little hazy, but less so than before. I did test a by spraying it gently and it works as advertised this time.

I did notice that the water made the coating "glow" (like in your second video, the coating clouds up when water touches it briefly), so I thought I didn't wait long enough and might have interfered with its curing, so I thoroughly wiped the glass and reapplied on that mirror...

It's been a full day past now though so I'll try splashing some water on it again.

I also appreciate your offer, if I find the coating is hazy again I'll look you up!  [thumbsup]

    logo2_150x.png?v=1495180514

That's great to hear! Yup, the temporary clouding up on the mirror is due to a huge gush of water being thrown onto the mirror's surface, not likely in real life scenario (unless you happen to drive through a flood)  [laugh] .

Let me know if you need anything else, Happy to help!  :a-m1212:  :a-m1212:

  7. Hey! Nice to see a response!

In my case, I observed the coat as it dried, expecting a similar effect to that I saw in a Korean video, where, as the spray dries, the edge of the drying action is visibly grey/cloudy, but it leaves behind a perfectly clear result

    Here's that video in question:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubOq-oStgIg

I saw something similar, but when it reached the end, there was a prevalent greyness/cloudiness across the entire mirror, which I decided to as gently as possible wipe off, as my mirrors would've been extremely hard to use in that manner. Now I still have some rain rejection efficacy, but I am not seeing it as stronger than say RainX - water still sticks, but not as much as without.

I was curious as to whether the effect should be stronger without wiping, and what you say corroborates that theory.

I did clean the mirrors fairly thoroughly I thought, with a full wash of the vehicle and some automotive glass cleaner on the mirrors, so I'm not sure what could have caused insufficient bonding to result in the haziness.

Unfortunately, I used my can twice because I thought I somehow made an error the first time around, so I'm not sure my can has much left to give it more goes. I would definitely like to try again.

Hi Bro, Have done some tests and it seems that if you made an error the first time around and dry to "recoat" it with another layer of RainOK  speed, a cloudy grey residue will be left behind.

Ensure the spray is done properly, covering the entire surface area of the mirror as shown in the video below.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GYA_0udE7cU

Once the coating has dried up, the water repellant effect should be as such

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_jl4FETqR4M

If you have finished your bottle, please visit our showroom at 50 Serangoon North Ave 4, First Centre, 04-10 and look for me, Daniel. I will assist you to do a proper coating!

    Cheers

  8. logo2_150x.png?v=1495180514

Hi Guys, seems like there's some confusion regarding the application process for the RainOK Side Mirror,

    1. RainOK leaves a cloudy residue on mirror

While there will be a slight blueish tint after the coating process is completed, there should not be any effect on the clarity of the glass. If you encounter this problem, this is due to A, glass has contaminants which disrupted the coating process or B, glass cleaner used is not meant for Automotive glass e.g Magiclean, Windex which leaves a layer of wax on the glass to make it shine (meant for home windows), this can also interrupt the coating process.

I cannot stress enough, your side mirrors should be "invisible", streak free and dry as shown in the video for a long-lasting and high performing coat.

    2. Should you rub off this coating after application?

The blueish tint on the mirror is meant for customers to be able to tell when a new layer of RainOK coat needs to be applied and therefore should not be cleaned off with a cloth. While you may still be able to enjoy the effects of water repellancy, the coat will not be as long lasting if you wipe it off.

    3. Singapore's humidity and RainOK Speed for Side Mirror

Our local climate's humidity does not affect the performance of this product, only the application time for the coating to be formed. If possible, apply in a cool and sheltered area.

Doing up some vids for you guys! Hope to address these issues in detail!

Feel free to post any additional questions you may have, ill be happy to help!

  9. Hi Bullsone-SG,

Thanks for your kind explanation.  As such, my PRO 6 in 1 may not appropriate to use in my car which only runs 17,000km and my wife's car had reached 140,000km.

Have a nice day and a nice long weekend ahead :)

    logo2_400x.png?v=1495180514

    Hi AltisOwner,

While it is recommended for your car to use Bullsoneshot New Car, Bullsoneshot Pro 6 in 1 for Gasoline engine can still be used on either of your cars. Rest assured you will still experience the benefits of Bullsoneshot!

    Hope this clarifies!  [laugh]  [laugh]

  10. Hi Good morning to all,

I've collected the Bullsone Shot Pro Fuel System Cleaner 6 in1 yesterday.  Has any Brothers used it by now and what is the result, especially apply it on new car?

So far there's no review on this product.  I am still considering whether should I use it on my new car or try it on my wife's car which is 8 years old.

    Thanks in advance.

    logo2_400x.png?v=1495180514

Hi Sir, Apologies for the late reply,

We have 3 versions of Bullsoneshot- New Car, PRO and 70,000.

Key difference is formulation of the fuel system cleaner and its key functions.

    Bullsone_Shot_for_New_Car_Gasoline_600x6

Bullsoneshot New Car, as the name suggests is for newer cars with a mileage below 35,000km. Key benefit is protection of fuel system components to prevent buildup of carbon deposits on Injector valves, combustion chambers. This will reduce wear and tear of your engine as it ages.

    EC_Bullsoneshot_Pro_6in1_e2e497df-34e1-4

Bullsoneshot PRO is recommended for cars with mileages between 35,000km and 70,000km. At this mileage, carbon deposits will most likely be present in the car's injector valves and combustion chambers and this unique 6 in 1 formula helps rid of excess carbon resulted from incomplete fuel combustion.

Do check out our video on an R&D test for this product!

Bullsoneshot Pro R&D Video in Korea

    Bullsone_Shot_70000_Enhanced_Total_Fuel_

Bullsoneshot 70,000 is recommended for high mileage vehicles above 70,000km. This formulation of Bullsoneshot is used to restore lost engine performance and reduce engine vibrations and noise. Great for used cars or goods vehicles too!

Do check out our positive reviews on Qoo10sg!

Hi Sir, for the Crystal Car Shampoo, please wet your car before spraying on the shampoo as it is a high foaming shampoo. Once you have finished cleaning your car with a sponge/cloth, rinse with clean water and dry  [laugh] .

Benefits of Using Crystal Car Shampoo instead of regular shampoo

    1. Being PH neutral, it is safe to use on all paintwork and especially designed for cars with PPS (Crystal Coat, Glass Coating, Ceramic Coat) as it will enhance the longevity of the PPS
    2. No need to use a bucket! Highly concentrated formula means you only need to wet your car with water and spray on to clean your car, finally rinse off your car with clean water

So its common la.. the cloudy film does exist la.. I thought only me kenna, how come so suay.. So indeed need to wipe away as well. Thanks for informing. As for wheel cleaner, disappointing product.

    logo2_400x.png?v=1495180514

    Hi Bro,

Yes that is correct, as our product is alcohol based, if applied in a dry area, please wipe off residue once the coating sets. If it is raining heavily outside just drive in to the rain!!

Unlike our competitors who use liquid based water repellent which is MORE time consuming to apply. Also, coating needs to avoid contact with water for 2 hours.

RainOK Speed forms an coating after 3 SECONDS and can be used when you need a quick coating if its raining outside.

  13. anyone tried the wheel cleaner?

frankly i'm quite disappointed at the first attempt. doesn't dissolve the brake dust like what i expected,

when it dry out, it leave a stain which is difficult to clean off despite using a sponge.

i can achieve better result using normal shampoo and sponge.

the spray quite detailer is quite ok..

    logo2_400x.png?v=1495180514

    Hi Sony,

Sorry to hear that bro, would it be convenient for you to drop by our showroom at 50 Serangoon North Ave 4, #01-22? :)

  14. I am cautious in applying it on the front wind screen. Because previously I applied Rainex on my front windscreen. Yeah it beads water well, but at slow speeds it doesn't, so I have to use the wipers, but Rainex made the wiper rubber judder. Not sure whether this Rainok is similar. You monitor and see then update us lah.

    logo2_400x.png?v=1495180514

    Hi Bros,

RainOK does not cause wiper juddering.

There are 3 main causes for wiper juddering,

    1. Oil residue on Windscreen

Because of chemicals and pollutants found in our environment, overtime a layer of oil will form on our glass surfaces, especially so on the front windscreen. This oil is difficult to get rid off using normal glass cleaners. Shining a light directly on the windscreen, you will be able to see clearly if there is such oil stain!

We have a product, Ultimate Glass Clean that can remove this oil film, recommended to use together with RainOK for a perfect coat!

Here's a video from Bullsone Indonesia!

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=le1ubZPHLZQ

    2. Window Glass Cleaner used

Some of our customers use "Windows glass cleaners" like Windex or Mr Muscle Glass Cleaners etc to clean their windscreen. While this might be effective in leaving a streak free clean, they leave a "shine" on the glass which is a form of wax/coat that can cause wipers to judder and damage the graphite coating on your wipers. Bullsone glass cleaners are developed and tested for use on automotive applications.

    3. Wiper Graphite coating dirty or worn out

Finally, the last reason might be your wiper blades require replacement of there is dirt on the rubber blade itself. Only clean wiper blades with water and wipe clean with a tissue. Cleaning your blades will ensure they last longer and maintain their performance!
