Well, if you don't accelerate off the line, keep the car all the time at 50-60km/h on mainly expressways (and no jam), air-con off, it is not hard to achieve that.

 

But who can drive that way all the time?

I thought the speed to maintain highest fuel saving is between 80 - 90km/h?
