  1. Just saw advertisement about the 2024 Santa Fe coming up, anyone registered interest for the sneak preview too? On the other hand, heard from KIA SA that the Sorento may be coming out this June/july.
  2. Both the exterior and interior have the Land Rover vibe, and seems up market.
  3. We test drove 2019 Santa fe. With 2.0 Turbo gasoline engine and 8 speed automatic, let’s find out if the Hyundai Santa fe has competitiveness against growing midsize SUV. Let’s drive Santa fe. 187.8x74.4x66.1x108.9in (Lenght, Width, Height, Wheelbase) Price: $25,500~ Competition: Kia Sorento, Chevrolet Equinox, Ford Escape, Honda CR-V, Nissan Rogue, Toyota RAV4 Link >>>>> https://youtu.be/0SG03T5abSY
  4. Quick update on Hyundai Palisade - Is it the successor of Hyundai Santa fe XL or Hyundai Veracruz. Hyundai says they are working hard to build their flagship SUV called Palisade. Hyundai Palisade - Flagship SUV of Hyundai -Front wheel driver? -Unibody Structure? -All Wheel drive (HTRAC) Available -2.2D, 3.8Gasoline, 3.0D & Hybrid? 5. Hi folks, i would like to gather some feedback from you guys who have explored the above 2 cars and what was your final decision?
  6. There is rumours saying that this model will get the 2.0 turbo 6-speed petrol engine having 260-274hp....and for big family, its a 7 seater will be the best suitable 7pax carrier that is powerful enough to make your drive more fun and also save more $$$ than getting a conti SUV...by introducing the Hyundai new turbo engine into our shore, it definitely can increase its sales just like VW is doing...hope its not just a dream for Hyundai fans
  7. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=477wQNYFBwgA Ferrari-powered Toyota 86 is sure to garner a bit of attention, as well it should. We've been paying attention throughout this build, so it should be no surprise then that Santa did as well. He's ditched his red sleigh for the Gumout GT4586 in this video.[/extract] You may know that Ryan Tuerck and Gumout built this completely bonkers machine that's far more exciting than some previous Japanese/Italian mash-up automobiles. Donut Media has been doing their part to document and promote every stage of the process. This new video is filled with the gratuitous amounts of lights, noise, and tire smoke that Donut is known for. We don't know the conversion from horsepower to reindeerpower, but the GT4586 should provide plenty of oomph for Santa's Christmas trek.
  8. Like AMG, Italian supercar maker Lamborghini has produced a video in celebration of the festive season. The video shows Santa having milk shakes in a bar. The bartender was getting impatient over Santa's repeated orders as it was getting late in the night. At one point, the bartender points to Santa's bag of presents, seemingly reminding him that it is time to deliver the goodies. However, Santa still requested for a milk shake as the bartender covers his face in dismay. Just before the clock strikes 12 midnight, Santa finally left the bar in a red Aventador. If you hear the roar of the 6.5-litre V12 engine (pictured above), it could mean that Santa is round the corner! I find the AMG Christmas video to be more interesting as the viewer does not know the motive behind it until the very end.
  9. What a touching gesture from the airline...move people to tear.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zIEIvi2MuEk
  10. [extract] The second generation Santa Fe has been with us since 2007. Now, Hyundai is preparing to launch its replacement at the upcoming 2012 New York International Auto Show in April by releasing two exterior images of the side and front quarter. These images clearly show the design language of the new mid-size crossover. Code named DM in Korea, the Santa Fe is the latest model to incorporate Hyundai's new Fluidic Sculpture design language with an aggressive style which Hyundai calls

  13. What constitutes a face lift? Have you seen the updated Santa Fe here? In all it's Korean glory, 8 out of 10 people I asked couldn't point out what was so different about the SUV from the last one. A new set of headlamps and accompanying sculpted bumper brings the SUV closer in line with it's smaller Tuscon sibling and the company's design language. The rear gets changes as well but I can't really tell the difference between this and the last car so I'm not going to even try. Technically and habitually brand's do go on to tweak particular design elements of their models and then proclaim them as face lifts to the discerning public. But don't we deserve more? We don't want a mildly changed bumper and subtle redesigns harder to pin point than a chicken on a chicken farm. Not only is the outside nearly the same as the last car, the insides are exactly the same! It's still a tad sloppy in movement and the suspension on the Santa Fe floats over bumps and mumps on the road and gets floaty and bouncy when on b-roads. Kinda disappointed with the facelift...expected a bit more from the guys at Hyundai then just a re-chisel. Anyone knows if the model is up for replacement?

  16. By the end of 2005 Hyundai will release the new Santa Fe model. It will replace the current Santa Fe, which has been on the market since 2001. Prototypes of the new car are being tested these days on the German autobahn as well as on snow and frozen lakes in Northern Scandinavia With the new Hyundai Tucson filling the role of compact SUV in the model lineup, Hyundai is now free to grow the Santa Fe in size and move it up to compete with larger SUVs like the Nissan Murano and Toyota Highlander. The increased size will allow the Santa Fe to have a third row of seats for the first time. The new Santa Fe will be built on a platform that is shared with the new Hyundai Sonata sedan. Styling is all-new and ditches the quirky looks of the current Santa Fe in favor of a modern, bold look with a very large, forward-sloping grille. Fenders sweep back towards the front wheels, making the front end more rounded and adding emphasis to the grille.
  17. There are kindhearted soul afterall....Santa Clause lives! Go grab this one....free $100 technically! http://www.mycarforum.com/classifieds/clas...eds.pl?id=12269
  18. For the benefit of those who has not seen the newly released Santa Fe, here are some photos of it. Was told that it should be arriving on our shores in a month or two time. Now, we know why the current Santa Fe is being offered at a very attractive price.......to make room for the new 2006 Santa Fe. The new Santa Fe comes in 2.7L and 3.6L only. Correct me if I'm wrong. Also, it has now grown to a seven seater with foldable 3rd row seats.
