    2022 Volvo XC60

I got 2022 XC60 B5, the facelift comes with Android entertainment system, I like the new system than the old one in my previous 2018 XC60, specially on the more practical navigation system - Google Maps. But there is a big downside - no road signs info for Singapore! No speed limit sign, no speed camera sign/warning, no school zone sign... Can't believe it is totally unavailable in the latest Volvo car model as it seems to be a basic feature in a car system nowadays. Is this Volvo or Google's problem?

  3. Looking for an SUV that can do it all? Well you're in luck as we have a video review of the Volvo XC60 T8 Plug-in hybrid! We go through the clever, understated looks of the XC60... And Julian gives Jon quite the stern lecture on Volvo's electrification strategy haha! The XC60 has an excellent cabin design, but no points for guessing what Jon is displeased about with here! Jon also delivers some interesting ideas about the layout of the rear seats! The XC60 T8 is a well-rounded SUV that delivers plenty of power and the additional option to save on fuel by plugging into a charger! Curious? Learn more from our full video review here!

  6. Seems like Volvo is selling their event cars of this coming Standard Chartered Marathon. http://www.sgcarmart.com/new_cars/newcars_promotionslist.php?pid=841 Good deal? After I book, will I be assigned a car before or after the run?
  7. The Volvo XC60 is one good alternative to take into consideration when it comes to buying an SUV. It's an exclusive crossover SUV that comes with city safety measures to guarantee your family's safety. However, it seems that the Volvo XC60 is not all about commuting. You can see that if you go to Zurich, Switzerland central station where the Swedish automaker has set up its art display. The locals recognise the art display as the Volvo Art Session and it has been around for the past few years. Here, Volvo has chosen highly talented artists, some of whom are skilled veterans while some others are newcomers, to present creative exhibits including a Volvo as the central point of the art. In this year alone, the Swedish automaker has chosen no less than six artists from across the European continent. This year, their task is to transform the Volvo XC60 into a creative work of art. It's unfortunate, though, I have to say, as the work of art won't last for long. This happens because the work of one artist will have to be erased so that the next artist can present his work and so on and so forth. Trying to be creative at one of the busiest places in Europe, some of the artists can't help but to make the Volvo XC60 a focal point in their creative art presentations. However, some others seem to be more creative - at least so I think - by making the car almost completely unnoticeable.

  11. Hello, I have been thinking of changing my car. Wanted a SUV for a change. The extra space in the boot was a pull factor for me. So i test drove the XC60 yesterday. The 3.0 L version. Some review - Space wasnt fantastic behind. Can sit 3 comfortably but 4 might be difficult - Space infront was good - The torque was good. The car accelerated easily at the push of the pedal but there wasnt much after that when i continue to floor the pedal. - brake was so soft!!! i nearly couldn't break in time when i came to a junction. Not sure if the break is weak or its just due to the car's sheer momentum - The noise level was average - Gadgets (techs) was quite minimal i must say I have not driven much SUVs before. So i would like to know how does the XC60 fair in comparision with other SUVs? Please share your comments

    Volvo XC60!!!

In advance of its world debut at the Geneva Motor Show in early March, details have been released about the new Volvo XC60 crossover vehicle. We first heard about the Volvo XC60 in the buildup to its release as a concept vehicle at the NAIAS in January '07, when it was expected to have an optional 3.0-liter flex-fuel engine choice. This choice, which would have cut emissions by 80% does not appear to be in the cards for the first two years of the vehicle's production. Buyers will be able to choose between three engines, including the turbocharged T6, which cranks out 281 horsepower. Other options include two different D5 turbodiesels, rated at 163 and 185 horsepower. The 163 hp 2.4-liter diesel is the only Euro5 compliant of the three. Production of the compact premium SUV includes "intelligent safety systems" like City Safety, meant to assist the driver in avoiding low-speed impacts. The car automatically brakes if the driver does not react when closing in on a vehicle, at the very least reducing the effect of impact. This feature comes standard on the XC60, something Volvo claims is a first. As a concept, the XC60 was meant to blaze a trail for future Volvos, with a bolder grille, a large logo badge, split tailgate, and a more noticeable rear. Volvo design director Steve Mattin clearly had this distinctiveness in mind, saying, "If you can recognise a Volvo from 50 metres today, I want to get to the point where people will be able to spot one from twice the distance in the future." Now, over a year later, Mattin is still singing the same song.
  13. My fren asked me over kopi which one will I buy? I thought for quite awhile and said Evoque. I chose Evoque purely for the look, but my fren is torn between Audi, BM and LR. More so for the image thingy, thats why he is in this dilemma. Any inputs?
  14. I am interested in buying a second hand one. But those on sgcarmart on relatively new and hence too expensive. Looking for something that is around 2 years old.
