  1. Since Camry & Vezel, RON98 is wasted. BMW must put RON100. With sport+, the pull should be very violent.
  2. Still prefer 98 Petrol,but i put SPC for Camry & Vezel,Shell for BMW.
  3. This was not known as a Honda Vezel in those days....
  4. Alot is myth or unbalance comparision. For example if u compare Nissan leaf with with or vezel. If not mistaken all around 1.5t. I dun believe leaf got much worst tyre wear rate compare to the other 2. I dun own ev so I cannot say. But my dealing with commercial EV. BYD VAN 16' tyres. 195 width. 50k+. No rotate. China tyre. Rear tyres still 80%. Front tyres also haven't finish can last at least another 10-20k Nv200 diesel. Tyre 14' 175 width. 30-40k no rotate. China tyre. Front confirm botak. I would say the wear roughly same. Byd seal weight about 2.2t. 5 series weight about 2t. Seal tyres wear will be much worst then 5 series? I dun think so.? But of course if u compare a seal as a normal sedan car and compare it to a altis etc or compare a Tesla to a civic and say EV burn tyres. What can I say😂 Does a atto 3 wear tyres much faster then say a X5? Or do we compare a atto 3 to a wish? EV have been out for ages. Even BMW make EV earier then BYD? why now suddenly the west raise the white flag on EV. then suddenly so many such news come out🤔. For so many years I never see any similar report. Of course if every 1 drive their high end EV like going to F1. Confirm plus chop u gonna burn tyres fast. I test Tesla high end. Model Y. High power dun mean u cannot drive and pick up at traffic light gently. Of course. My 2 cents nia. ( some of the report on EV burn tyres is really 夸张。 machiam every 10-20k need change tyre. If like that u think think super niao prc will buy or not?)😂😂😂
  5. @Lala81 exactly, look at their freed non hybrid, similar pricing to PI’s hybrid. Who buys from them? Maybe as what the other bro mentioned they earned a lot from their vezel sales
  6. cash cow from Vezel/HRV and Cibic lo ... LOL
  7. Am thinking of getting a used Vezel, look at Vezel, Vezel Hybrid or Vezel Hybrid RS. Heard that the Vezel Hybrid got some issue and would appreciate very much bro and sis here can give me advice on these 3 cars. Thak you very much.
  8. For your reading pleasure 12 ways to zhng your Vezel without breaking the bank http://www.sgcarmart.com/news/events_features.php?AID=3360 We haven't seen an invasion like this since the Allies stormed Normandy back in 1944. No, we're not talking about war here, we're talking about the ubiquitous Honda Vezel. These popular crossovers present themselves at every junction and every turn, making it practically impossible to get through two traffic lights without crossing paths with one of them. Plus, with private-hire services like Uber and Grab offering affordable rental schemes, drivers are now able to 'own' a Vezel at a much lower premium. This leads to a problem for Vezel owners. How do you stand out in a sea of lookalikes? Fret not, here's a list of 12 affordable items you can pick up to zhng your Vezel and enhance your driving experience. It can also be conveniently removed and washed, which is a whole lot easier than working your fingers to the bone trying to remove grease from your boot. Side step ($380) Getting into an SUV can be challenging at times, especially for the kids and their grandparents, due to a higher ground clearance and larger wheels. The solution? Get a side step for your Vezel. Side steps are helpful for pint-sized individuals or occupants who are unable to muster up enough strength to take that big step. Besides providing an additional platform for passengers to board a higher-riding vehicle, a side step also protects car doors and side panels from stones and dirt kicked up by the tyres. A quick and easy solution is the Steelmate TP-S3E External Tyre Pressure Monitoring System by ZMC Automotive. Xado 1 Stage New Car Atomic Metal Conditioner If your Vezel is still in the running-in phase, or if you're planning to purchase one in the near future, Xado helps make the entire process a whole lot smoother. The Xado 1 Stage New Car Atomic Metal Conditioner provides top level engine protection for new cars. It ensures the accurate adjustment of a new engine's parts during the running-in phase and compensates for wear-out during operation. A common complaint among Vezel drivers is the car's slow acceleration, which will only get worse over time. No matter how well a car is maintained, high heat and friction cause a car's engine to become worn, scratched, and misshapen over time. The Xado Atomic Metal Conditioner Maximum Twin Turbo with 1 Stage Revitalizant heals frictional damage that goes up to 0.2mm in depth, thanks to a Complex Adaptive Revitalizant (CAR). CAR provides anti-wear protection, restoration and surface regeneration. 9. How about firmware updates on engine or gearbox? AD have to buy and update their diagnostic tools and equipment from the car maker, how about PI?\ If car model is all new surely within warranty period will have whatever firmware updates to the car to sort out issues if any. I dunno about PI cos I only had experience from AD workshop on updating gearbox firmware update. Engine also have for better efficiency. If Tesla has "over the air" updates, why not other cars? Ppl in the industry have told me to avoid buying JDM cos in Japan ppl there change car every 5 years or so. JDM parts are not build to last longer than that. Have to buy their export models eg. for Vezel vs HRV, Vezel will be JDM and HRV is the export model. Some of the specs will have slight difference but nobody knows what this means. And someone pointed out to me and asked me how many phv Vezels are left on the road? So far I saw Vezels on the road are w/o the phv stickers which means those are car owners, clocking lower mileage than phv. Which could mean those phv JDM Vezels didnt last long, most likely scraped. I could be wrong, dont quote me. Question is where are all the phv Vezels? So far taxi fleets also dont use any JDM models to save cost. Maybe a few JDM Axios from smaller taxi companies but very rare sight on our roads. Anyway if you clock low mileage annually it should be not much of an issue. But for important firmware update wise I have no idea whether PI workshop do anything or not since many are outsourced to 3rd party car workshops. If you think it's not an issue to you then go ahead.
  10. Nowadays all try to imitate tesla EV styling. Saw the new honda vezel, also adopt the same kind of squarish, blockish appearance.
  11. Facelift Vezel launched in Japan. Subtle changes which didn't uglify the car. For those who cannot spot the differences, here's a side by side comparison for easier reference. Active Style HuNT Package Casual Style Urban Style Sports Style
  12. Plenty of PI Noah and Prius running around. The vezel has Xmas lights and check engine pretty often, not exactly sure why. Have PI toyota wish and Borneo ones are identical save for some specs difference. Why should the jdm version be so vastly different for the export model. Maybe those more highly tuned engines yes, but for bread and butter cars with run on regular Japanese fuel, they also run well here.
  13. Wonder what the possible pricing will be... Launching during next month's car show... http://www.sgcarmart.com/news/article.php?AID=14442 If it is about Vezel or Qashqai pricing... Maybe can sell like hot cakes...?
  14. In 1993,my Mercedes Benz 380SEL,90 Litres Fuel Tank,even Leaded Petrol,$120.00 can pumped Full Tank,now.even my Brother's Honda Vezel Hybrid,pump 98 Petrol,is more than $120.00.
  15. I also surprised, how hard i drive,my Vezel Hybrid Battery also 60% Charge,my Camry,could hit 85%.
  16. Or some, don't even have 1...like the Honda Vezel Hybrid...
  17. It is a vezel la. Why bike insurance don't cover fully?
  18. self skidded lor. iirc, last year a Vezel also ended up in the canal at Bt Batok.
  19. On Sunday I discovered my 2018 Honda Vezel was not blowing cool air. When I googled AC problems in cars, one article said in most cases the cooling coil was faulty. True enough, the technician had to remove and install a new cooling coil. It was an expensive episode. The workshop charged me 380 dollars for part and labour. The labour charge made up most of the cost. Has anyone repaired at a cheaper price? So disappointed. I thought a Japanese made car won't have issues like this. I wanted to go JB and repair but of course that is not possible during these times.
  20. Actually never thought about it yet I did think of seat Arona or Mokka but they seem too expensive for Mokka and Arona not sure if still selling. Thought of HRV or vezel but I hope the car price will go below $100k
  21. Main difference is PI Vezel still entitled to 15k VES rebate till end of this year. (Next yr reduce to 5k) KM HRV neutral band (don’t ask me why) So PI goto price 10k higher from 1 Jan 24. So now buy PI Vezel with 1 bid guaranteed makes more sense and then next year onwards HRV could be better due to closing price gap. >20k difference go for PI Vezel imho.
  22. @Cirruslogic Hi @Cirruslogic, may I know where the workshop you went to that charge you $380 for Honda Vezel cooling coil change? This workshop charges is very reasonable, I just send my sister Honda Vezel for cooling coil change & was charge $550. Now I want to change my Hyundai Elantra cooling coil, can share where the workshop you went to?
  23. Vezel drivers! White ones beware!
