According to the lady in the golf attire (dashcam driver), she was at a red light several hundred metres away when the accident unfolded right before her eyes. An Audi Q7 performed an illegal U-turn and collided with a motorcyclist. Once the traffic light turned green, she immediately drove up to the accident scene, turned on her hazard light and positioned her car to block off oncoming vehicles. Meanwhile, the Audi Q7 driver was already attending to the injured motorcyclist. When the lady approached the injured motorcyclist to check on his well-being, the Audi driver allegedly scolded her and told her to "mind her own business" and "go for your golf". Also, he behaved aggressively toward the lady (Which can be seen evidently in the video). Just then, another female passerby came up and asked if she should call an ambulance, to which the lady in the golf attire replied yes. While pursuing the Audi A6, the Transcab repeatedly flashes his high beam at the A6 for a prolonged period. The taxi driver's flashing rate was so fast that he might as well have turned on his high beam. NGL, regardless of what may have happened off-cam, the Transcab driver's actions suggest that he was itching for a fight with the Audi driver. An Audi driver blocks a red Transcab and attempts to fight with the taxi driver. In this video, a cam car travels down a quiet area in Teban Garden Crescent. A grey Audi and a red taxi were travelling side by side in front of him. Upon closer inspection, the Audi driver seemed to be chasing the taxi. After going through a speed hump, the grey car managed to catch up with the red cab and slotted itself right in front of the vehicle. The driver then stopped his car, which forced the taxi driver to do the same. As the cam car got closer to both vehicles, the Audi driver stepped out of his car as the taxi driver slowly reversed. Attempting to flee the scene, the cab driver paid no attention to the raging Audi driver. When he realized that the taxi would not stop, the angry man latched onto the taxi’s front passenger door. The door then opens as the cab hurridly escapes the confrontation. The video ends with the Audi driver getting back into his vehicle after his road rage incident. While we are still unsure of the specifics of this incident, road rage is a severe offence in Singapore. The German manufacturer has announced it's to work with Block on "exclusive joint projects in the field of electric mobility" It’s been all change for Ken Block this year. First off, he ditched his Ford partnership that had been running since 2010, going back to his old chums at Subaru. And apparently, one (no doubt lucrative) manufacturer contract wasn’t enough for the DC Shoe co-founder turned tyre torturer, as he’s just joined forces with Audi. Before you get excited about Ken’s next big video featuring a 1000bhp Sport quattro warbling away and spitting flames, we should let you know that the tie-up is solely focused on electric stuff. In the press release’s words, the plan is for Block and Audi to team up for “exclusive joint projects in the field of electric mobility.” And that’s as much detail as we get for now. As far as we know, none of this affects Block’s ARA (American Rally Association) campaign with Subaru, and we should imagine Gymkhana videos will continue to feature vehicles from the Japanese manufacturer. As a reminder, last time out Block handed over the Gymkhana reins to Travis Pastrana, who thrashed around his hometown of Annapolis in a mad, carbon fibre-bodied Subaru WRX STI with 850bhp. Block will, as far as we know, be back for Gymkhana 12, and probably not in an electric Audi. He might, however, have a crack at the Dakar Rally. Audi will take on the event with its new RS Q E-Tron (below), and Block would be a headline-grabbing driver to stick behind the wheel. He’s also a dab hand at that kind of driving, having set the third fastest time during his run on the final stage of the event last year in the Extreme E Odyssey 21 prototype. In 2021 he also won the first ever Projekt E rallycross series in Sweden. Although the partnership is about all things electric, Audi did kindly let Block loose in the legendary Audi Sport quattro S1 and a DTM V8 quattro, plus the electric E-Tron Vision Gran Turismo and an RS E-Tron GT. He was (inevitably) very complimentary about the E-Tron GT, saying that “The design is exquisite with great attention to detail and a perfect finish”. I guess money can't buy proper road etiquette, can it? On 5th May 2021, a short video was posted on Facebook of an Audi A8 driver driving recklessly along Lower Delta Road. It's so bad that I even experienced some serious second-hand embarrassment from watching it. For those of you who cannot stomach the video, I am going to provide a play-by-play description of the incident below. So, we start off with the camcar driver, who is innocently drives along the road and slows down when approaching a red light at a traffic junction. He stops behind a black Audi A8, which continues to inch forward past the white line with total disregard to the red light. The driver continues to try his luck and even attempts to turn right while there's traffic coming from both sides on the adjacent road. As if realising that there's no way the universe will let it turn right, the Audi suddenly reverses and almost hits the camcar. Once the lights turn green, the Audi wastes no time zooming ahead without stopping at the right turn pocket. The driver positions the Audi dangerously near oncoming vehicles as if asking for an accident to happen. The Audi edged so far into the lane with oncoming traffic that it even made a silver vehicle stop dead in its tracks to avoid a collision. To carry on forward, the silver car had to manoeuvre itself around the Audi in an awkward fashion. If you thought that was all, think again. There's more! When the Audi driver saw an empty pocket of space, it sped off to complete the right turn, but there were two oncoming vehicles that could have crashed into the Audi if they had gone any faster. Wet dream for wagon lover... The Avant E-Tron shares the same dimensions as the earlier A6 Sportback E-Tron Concept. Both are 4.96 meters long, 1.96 meters wide, and 1.44 meters tall. The difference is in the rear styling where the Avant has a more angular roof to make room for the larger cargo area. The result of this sleek look is a 0.24 drag coefficient, versus 0.22 for the Sportback. The A6 Avant E-Tron Concept rides on the Premium Platform Electric (PPE), which is also underneath the forthcoming Q6 E-Tron crossover. It has an electric motor turning each axle for a total output of 469 horsepower (350 kilowatts) and 800 Newton-meters of torque. Audi isn't disclosing the exact battery capacity but indicates the figure is around 100 kilowatt-hours. The 800-volt, 270-kilowatt recharging capacity allows for getting 300 kilometers of WLTP range within as little as 10 minutes. Less than 25 minutes is necessary to take the pack from 5 to 80 percent. Depending on the powertrain, the production A6 Avant E-Tron would be able to reach 100 kilometers per hour in less than seven seconds or as quick as "well under four seconds" for high-performance models, according to the company's announcement. A rear-drive version of the electric A6 Avant would be capable of 700 kilometers on a charge.

Karma hits a reckless Audi A5 driver in the form of a car crash after causing a long list of various traffic infringements over the course of 5 days. Timeline Here's an official timeline of all of the incidents featured in the video compilation above. 14th September We start off with the driver performing a reckless lane change along the expressway on the 14th. The video shows the Audi zooming in from the left of the camcar, as the driver speeds up and places himself in the middle lane despite the car's presence. 17th September The second incident features the same Audi performing another reckless lane change a few days later. Like the first time, the car zooms in from the motorcyclist's right and dangerously tailgates the car in front of it. The motorcyclist shakes his head in disbelief as the driver quickly drifts into the middle lane. 18th September On the day of the crash, the Audi driver performs a series of reckless driving stunts a few hours before. At 1:05 p.m., the car is seen parked at the side of the road in front of a second vehicle after it had caused an accident. A few minutes later, the driver performs a reckless lane change. The car almost hits the other drivers on the road as it quickly swerves from left to right and back. Finally, at 5:19 p.m., the Audi performs another reckless lane change on the expressway as it zooms past a silver car in the right lane. The car suddenly switches into the middle lane, cutting in front of a large white bus before quickly switching back to the right. However, the A5 driver fails to notice that there is already a parked car in the right lane from an earlier accident. The driver causes a chain collision as he suddenly slows down, hitting the parked car in front of him and causing the silver car behind him to crash as well. An Audi A3 driver makes a terrible decision in the middle of the SLE expressway and gets shamed for it. That's right guys, you read the video title correctly. In the video, a cam car cruises down the first lane of the expressway when suddenly, the grey Toyota Vios in front of him abruptly brakes. This causes the cam car to hit his own brakes as well to avoid rear-ending the Vios. As expected, the sudden braking of both vehicles leads to a motorcyclist almost hitting the grey Vios as he performs a lane split. Puzzled over the sudden braking, the cam car eventually makes it further down the expressway, only to find a stationary red Audi A3 in the middle of the first lane. The owner can be seen climbing over the divider to retrieve something of his before running back to his precious car. This causes the cam car driver to let out an audible exclamation of "Walao eh!", which voices his disapproval at the Audi driver's inconsiderate actions. For those who are unfamiliar with these, a mirror cover covers the back and over of a car's side view mirrors. Its purpose is to protect the mirrors from dirt and debris coming up off the road, as well as to contribute to its aesthetic features. While it is rare for mirror covers to suddenly fly off while you're driving, it's possible for it to happen when one or more of the connection points on the cover is bent or broken. Although it is alarming to have your side mirror covers come off, the part is usually replaceable at a dealer's workshop. After snapping off, the heavy tailgate cartwheeled across the road, hitting the side of a white Audi TT. While the rest of the truck was encased by a cloud of soil, the cam car immediately came to a halt after witnessing the horrific hit. The 5th generation of the Audi S8 is here. Codenamed D5, the king of mixing luxury with performance, is back. Engine, Transmission, and Performance The S8's sole engine choice is a potent one: a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 engine making 563 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. All-wheel drive is standard, and the transmission is an eight-speed automatic. Audi claims a top speed of 155 mph, and there are fuel-saving systems, too, including cylinder deactivation and a mild-hybrid setup with a small electric motor and battery. At our test track, the S8 blasted to 60 mph in just 3.2 seconds. I love Audi! But am disappointed with the way they are approaching the market in terms of sales of their new cars. Last month I headed to their showroom to test drive their A5 SB, love the way the car looks, the luxurious feel of the interior, I was quite sold on it before I even took it for a test drive. However, the car felt okay only with the FWD, not as responsive as another German competitor though, the handling didn’t feel as good too when I compared the two, seems slightly underpowered which I believe had to do with the VES policy thus causing the suppressed tuning of the engine. Then we talked numbers and my eyes grew larger as I was pleasantly surprised with the high OT offer until we spoke about the add-ons which included having to purchase a package for servicing but what was a deal breaker was that I found out the car does not include front collision prevention system and some other stuff which I feel should be quite standard these days especially for $220K+ car. Almost everything can be included as an option which when calculated in, it is higher than the competition. I guess it’s dangle the carrot with lower list price first and let the customer decide (or got shocked) what they want to include. No wonder why their showroom is so much more quiet as compared to their 2 newest German competitors.

Being the largest and most practical vehicle in the Audi lineup, the Q7 has been refreshed, and it now comes with more aggressive lines seen in its stablemates, but still retains that utility and practicality that it was brought to the table. After all, a seven-seat vehicle is always useful. So, let's see what Julian has to say about the Q7. From the get-go, it looks handsome. Audi's design language has been pretty good these past years, nothing too controversial. And not to mention, their gorgeous daytime running lights and sequential signals are always a welcome touch. I mean, just look at it. Audi really has it down pat with the design of the grille and those daytime running lights. And if you can take anyone's word for it, it is Julian's. "Jumping into this car, it instantly made me feel comfortable". That's pretty high praise, I would say. That grille is indeed pretty bold, and as per Julian said, he's not sure if the grille will suit the Q3 or Q5, but it fits the Q7. And to get more context on how big the Q7 really is.... The rear of the Q7 looks just as good, sleek, modern and clean. No need to fuss around when lowering the third row of seats. Audi has already thought of that and given you buttons to electronically lower the seats. Audi knows the Q7 is a tall vehicle and loading it can be difficult for shorter people, so there is also a button to lower the rear of the car so as to make loading stuff in easier. About 750 litres of boot space with the third row folded. If that isn't enough for you, knocking down the second row will give you over 2000 litres of cargo space. And if that still isn't enough, get a van. And if you're wondering, yes, the boot opens and closes electronically as well. With the seat set to Jon's height (Jon is about 1.8m tall), Julian has a ton of leg room, even headroom. A blessing in Singapore's weather, the Q7 comes with rear aircon vents not only in the middle, but also on the B-pillars so as to blow air directly at rear passengers. And surprisingly, the third row actually doesn't look too bad. As long as you aren't too big or tall, you should be able to fit nicely back here. Clean, sleek and modern with screens for your infotainment, climate control and instrument cluster. The Virtual Cockpit, as Audi terms it. An Audi A4 was seen recklessly cutting 2 lanes along Upper Bukit Timah Road on Wednesday (June 23), which resulted in the vehicle hitting a FoodPanda rider. According to the video, the black Audi A4 was cruising on the right of the camcar when it suddenly swerved towards the left, almost hitting a white Toyota van in the middle of the road. Upon collision, the FoodPanda rider and his motorcycle flew for a short distance before landing in front of a petrol station. It has been speculated by the video's description that the driver of the Audi A4 might have wanted to turn left but failed to form up in time, which resulted in the sudden swerve towards the left. Netizens' reactions Many netizens were upset with the reckless driving behaviour of the Audi A4, which could have prevented the accident if the driver had properly planned his route and was more aware of his surroundings. Audi is resolutely pushing ahead with its "e-volution" towards electric mobility and have just unveiled the forerunner of an innovative family of fully electric, production cars - the four-door Audi A6 e-tron concept - at the Auto Shanghai 2021 show. A completely new technology architecture, the "Premium Platform Electric," or PPE for short, will serve as the technology platform for these vehicles in the future. For its part, the PPE technology will ensure that what the car's lines imply is actually translated into dynamic driving performance and everyday suitability befitting use as a primary vehicle. Specifically, this means that depending on the selected drive system and model version, an Audi A6 e-tron is expected to boast a range of more than 700 kilometers (based on the WLTP standard) in the future - and the most powerful members of the family will sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in less than four seconds. The combination of safety features and aesthetic design has always been of particular importance to Audi. That's why the small, high-resolution projectors also display warning symbols on the ground - to warn a bike rider that the car door is about to open, for example. Another four high-resolution LED projectors - inconspicuously integrated into the corners of the vehicle - generate turn signal projections. The design of these projections can be modified to address different markets and approval regions as required. The Digital Matrix LED front headlights achieve almost cinematic quality. If, for example, the Audi A6 e-tron concept is parked in front of a wall during a break to recharge the battery, the driver and passengers can pass the time playing a video game projected onto it. Instead of on a small screen in the cockpit, they'll see their respective game's virtual landscapes projected onto the wall in XXL format - and all this via the Digital Matrix LED headlights. After 2 years of rumors and several CGIs, it is finally coming... Audi's new Q5 Sportback has been spotted ahead of its reveal later this year. This is the second SUV Sportback from Audi, the first being the Q3 Sportback, which was launched last year. When attached to an SUV, the Sportback name indicates a coupe-like roofline ending in a liftback, as opposed to the more upright tailgates traditionally found on SUVs. At the front, Audi has ditched the headlights of the standard Q5 in favor of ones more akin to those from the Q3 Sportback. This prototype also features a blacked-out front grille with a chrome surround as well as some dashes of silver around the edges of the front air intakes. As the Sportback in its name implies, Audi has overhauled the shape of the vehicle’s roof to give it that Coupe-like appearance. There is no camouflage per say at the rear but there is some tape over the taillights, hiding parts of their design. With that being said, it is clear that they too have been altered from the taillights of the normal Q5.

The current-generation Audi TT has been on sale in America since 2015, so it's due for a refresh to keep it relevant. To keep it fresh for a few more years, Audi is giving its popular sports car a facelift. Prototypes of the base model have been out testing for a while, but our spies recently spotted the updated hardcore Audi TT RS undergoing some hot weather testing in Europe. Copious amounts of camouflage cover the front, but we’re expecting the styling changes to be relative minor compared to the current TT RS. The grille appears to be slightly wider with new vertical vents alongside it, and the front bumper has been redesigned. The headlights also appear to be slimmer, but that could just be the camouflage deceiving us. Elsewhere, the side skirts look more pronounced than the current model. At the back, the amount of camouflage suggests there will be big changes but they will probably be just as subtle. We can see some minor tweaks to the rear spoiler, and the rear taillights also sport new graphics that make the TT RS look more modern. There could also be some small changes to the rear bumper. Chances are the interior will be updated, too. The current Audi TT's interior is already loaded with tech, but that probably won’t stop Audi updating the infotainment system. It isn’t known if the 2019 Audi TT RS facelift will receive a power boost, however. The current model is powered by a turbocharged 2.5-liter five-cylinder unit that produces 395 hp and 354 lb-ft of torque, but we wouldn’t be surprised if the facelifted model retains this setup. In the current model, 0-62 mph takes just 3.6 seconds, with power being sent to all four wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. Audi is expected to reveal the TT facelift later this year, so we could see the 2019 TT RS debut at the Paris Auto Show in October before it goes on sale early next year.
