After seeing Gen2's posts and reading Meguiar's site, felt very inspired to do some waxing. Contrary to what Soya's previous post about the GC wax being very hard to remove, i had the opposite experience. The application was harder than the removal. Maybe cos after reading the site i applied a thinner coat. The Meguiar's Even Coat Applicator (the white furry type) was a breeze to use, recommended! Anyway, the GC wax bottle says "polymer protection", so it is more of a sealant than wax? And Gen2, you're right, there are shinier ways to detail the car, but this is damn tiring compared to wiping with HG88! And on to the pics!!!

Hi guyz, nice meeting up everyone last night at Bishan, I am Chuan Liang, Jiayong's friend. Anyway, last night was picking up a friend for supper near Outram Rd when this Merz E Class, the new one, came and jio jio me at the traffic light. Saw his car come out from this no names mentioned KTV with huge neon signboard and was going towards Eu Tong Sen with him on my left. I took a glance at his car and saw this chio chio girl lying next to him He's an old uncle btw.... Next thing u know, the traffic light turn green, he spun his wheels and make me p yanz..... I wasnt even ready.... Next traffic light, this Opel Xafira on my right heard me stepping on my accelerator. Actually I was trying to see whether I can wheel spin (What? the Merz can do it...maybe my Tuscani also can) .... then traffic light turn green, this Xafira also whacked all the way This time I just follow him closely then make him p yanz.... some consolation for the night I guess...

The SEAT Altea has scored excellent marks in the stringent crash-tests carried out by the prestigious Euro NCAP organisation: five stars for occupants safety, four stars for child safety and three stars for pedestrian safety. These results, officially announced today, give the Altea an unique position in the compact mono-space category. Similarly, the new SEAT Toledo, a model developed along the same lines as the Altea, would score an equivalent result in these crash tests, given that its structure and safety features are identical to the Altea. On learning of these results, Dr. Andreas Schleef, SEAT President said:

Check out the new DB9 from Aston Martin. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Aston's DB9 Shows Its Class Back in 1993, Aston Martin sold 43 cars and was kept afloat only because of some incredibly loyal enthusiasts. By 2006, the firm will produce 5,000 units, have three models and be attracting buyers away from legendary marques such as Ferrari and Porsche. And this is the car which will usher in the new era - the DB9. Set to be unveiled at next week's Frankfurt Motor Show, the coup

Guyz, Need advice... My dad wants to get the 'E' class (even after I persuaded him X 10,000 times not to!) and according to him, the parallel version can be bought at a cheaper price. Can someone enlighten me on this? If this is true, how about the maintenance and detailing? Can C & C provide the same coverage for p/imported models?

Can anyone recommend any place in Singapore which offer such classes? Does those Driving Centres(e.g BBDC) offer such classes? Is it cheaper than outside? Please email me [email protected] if possible. Thanks alot, Merrvyn

Anybody out there driving A160L? The price now is 98,888, OMV 27K+. I went to see the car and test drove it. The rear passenger room is HUGH I have never seen some much room in such a small car before. Drive is ok but not for chionging. The deal is very tempting.... Love the space. Anybody can tell me about the reliability? All comments are welcomed.
